A lot has been said about atrocities in the western media claimed to have been perpetrated by the Russians, for example at Bucha and Mariupol among others. These assertions are conveyed on the say so of the Ukrainian authorities. How willing though are western news broadcasters to convey atrocities attributed to the Ukrainians? The following will I think provide the answer.
If anyone wonders if they are receiving accurate coverage of the conflict in Ukraine I would suggest watching the video below of an event which occurred on the 2nd of June 2014 and ask themselves if they recall hearing about it on any mainstream media news channel at the time.
The video is harrowing to watch. The bodies (five women and three men) are real. Yet across western media there was only one single news report that occurred a day later. This was from CNN and occurred only because a CNN team happened to be nearby at the time of the atrocity and so the network could hardly ignore it as all others so obviously did.
The video below shows the unvarnished truth that was not considered newsworthy in western mainstream news.

Sarah Bils, the face of the pro-Russian social media team that helped to spread leaked Pentagon data, speaks about her mission.
Former US Navy enlisted aviation electronics technician Sarah Bils was recently revealed to be behind Donbass Devushka – a team running several social media channels that was among the first to spread the recent Pentagon leak.
The group publishes information and views on the Ukraine conflict, and geopolitics in general, from a pro-Russian, anti-NATO and anti-Kiev perspective. In a written interview to RT, Bils shared her vision of Donbass Devushka’s mission, its strengths and her concern for her own safety.
RT: Were the Pentagon leaks a one-off stroke of journalistic luck, or should we expect more insider information to be revealed by your team in the future?
Sarah Bils: Our commitment to journalistic integrity and the protection of our sources prevents us from disclosing specific details about their identities. However, I can share that the information in question came to our attention via a tip we received through our Telegram chat. Another admin received the images and posted them to the channel. It's crucial to emphasize that no members of our team played a role in the initial leak, in fact, we are now discovering that leaks were occurring as far back as February 2022.
We periodically receive tips through our chat, and we make all attempts to verify any information before disseminating it to our audience. As for potential future breaking news, our primary focus remains on uncovering and sharing the truth.
RT: How did you come up with the name Donbass Devushka?
SB: At Donbass Devushka, our mission is to bring a human touch to the ongoing conflict in Ukraine and to focus on the plight of the people in the Donbass region, who have been bearing the brunt of unrelenting shelling and a devastating war since 2014. By selecting this name, we aimed to create an emblem that would rally support for the region and honor the resilience and courage displayed by the people of Donbass in the face of adversity. Our channel's name serves as a testament to our unwavering dedication to unveiling the truth behind the conflict and staunchly advocating for the protection of human rights and the dignity of those who have been impacted by this tragic situation.
RT: You told the Wall Street Journal that the Donbass Devushka is a team of 15 individuals. How did this team come together?
SB: Our team at Donbass Devushka came together quite organically, mainly through the dynamic world of social media. We discovered like-minded individuals on platforms such as Twitter, and soon found ourselves drawn together by a shared vision and common purpose.
RT: Are there Russian citizens on the team?
SB: In light of the recent doxing campaign against me, I have become acutely aware of the importance of safeguarding the safety and security of my team members. While I am cautious about disclosing specific information about our team's composition, I can say that we have native Russians among our ranks, as well as a diverse array of voices from around the globe. Our unique blend of perspectives and experiences allows us to maintain an inclusive and balanced approach to our reporting.
RT: Have any of your team been to the Donbass and seen the events there with their own eyes? If so, how did the experience affect the Donbass Devushka editorial policies?
SB: While I do not wish to comment as to whether our core team at Donbass Devushka has personally visited the region since the start of the SMO [Special Military Operation], we are fortunate to have community members who have been to Donbass and have witnessed the events there firsthand. Their experiences have profoundly touched us, providing a deeply humanizing perspective on the suffering endured by the people of Donbass. These accounts have reinforced our commitment to accurately represent the realities on the ground and to ensure that our reporting is sensitive, empathetic, and informed.
In terms of our editorial policies, the insights shared by these community members have not led to any major shifts, as our approach has always been guided by the perspectives of local voices. SB: My service in the US Navy has undoubtedly played a significant role in shaping my understanding of international politics and my perspective on conflicts around the world, including the situation in Ukraine. However, given the sensitive nature of my current location and the hostile environment towards dissenting opinions, I must exercise caution when expressing my personal views on the matter. As you're aware, I have already faced doxing and security threats as a result of my opinions and stance on this conflict, which has left me feeling vulnerable.
With that in mind, I would like to emphasize the importance of respecting diverse viewpoints, fostering open dialogue, and promoting a safe space for everyone to share their thoughts without fear of retaliation.
RT: After the Pentagon leaks, your Telegram channel in particular saw a surge in subscribers. What’s the situation on other social media? What are your plans for developing your channels?
SB: Our recent surge in subscribers on our Telegram channel has been remarkable, with about 10,000 new followers joining us in just a few days. While some of our team members maintain a presence on Twitter, we have found that our community flourishes most on Telegram. This platform allows for a more interactive and engaging experience, fostering a sense of camaraderie among our regular subscribers through the chat feature.
As for the future development of our channels, we remain open to exploring various avenues for growth and expansion. What truly matters to us, however, is maintaining the close-knit community that has emerged on our platform. We believe in fostering an environment where our audience feels connected and involved, as we continue to shed light on critical issues and share the stories that deserve to be told.
RT: What advantages do you believe you have over the Five Eyes and the social media entities sponsored by them, or supporting them, such as NAFO? What gives you hope for victory over them?
SB: In our struggle against powerful entities such as the Five Eyes and NAFO, our primary advantage is our unwavering dedication to the truth. SB: In adhering to the law, I have not broken any US regulations. However, my current situation demonstrates that my safety cannot be assured, whether it's from authorities or the wider public. Despite the challenging circumstances, my beliefs and opinions have not wavered, and I remain committed to my values. It is vital for those who empathize with our cause to recognize the inherent risks of expressing dissenting opinions and to appreciate the importance of fostering a supportive and understanding environment amidst such trying times.
RT: Do your offline friends and members of your family know about your connection to the Donbass Devushka and about what you’re doing online? If so, do they support you?
SB: In my personal life, only a very select few individuals are aware of my involvement with Donbass Devushka, and I am grateful for their unwavering support and understanding throughout this journey. Their encouragement has been invaluable as we continue to pursue our mission.

I've been listening to Scott Ritter describe how things are for him and I suspect have been for him for quite some time now.
He has been doing a LOT of unpaid work with a great many interview requests coming in that he has been ready and willing to agree to. But the work where receives some pay for have suffered due to this, being left until the wee small hours of the night to complete work on.
Scott, I think you will agree, has been one of the most influential voices out there on Russia and Ukraine.
I was moved by Scott's words to take an annual subscription to his Substack account that he runs in coordination with his colleague on 'U.S. Tour of Duty', Jeff Norman. This is the main way that Scott recommends to help him with finances with which to upgrade his delivery of comment on Russia and Ukraine, via a better microphone etc. and perhaps the creation of a recording studio in his basement to create a more professional and impressive look. VICTORY BELONGS TO RUSSIA: IT IS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME
Each day that passes makes a conclusive Russian victory in the Donbass and beyond more certain. As Russia bolsters her forces, and weaponry, those of Ukraine decrease. Russian forces gain ready access to rest and recuperation as troop numbers increase. The increasingly exhausted and demoralised Ukrainian troops have an ever decreasing prospect of such respite. This situation is likely to bring them to complete breakdown as Russia unleashes the firepower of the more modern and advanced weaponry that is arriving with the newly mobilised Russian troops.
The various Ukrainian offensives are now weak when confronted by the reinforced Russian lines. A few futile efforts achieve quite miserable results before fire reigns down on the Ukrainian troops and they are forced back to their starting positions.
And now, all this being said, we have arrived at the wet, and later, freezing conditions where these pathetic Ukrainian forces will be subject to myriad forms of abject misery with death and injury all around them while they lie sodden or frozen, abandoned to their fate by Kiev.
The pitiable young and old of Ukraine have been frogmarched to their deaths as cannon-fodder while the bestial elites of the collective West urge their "president" to add more to their number there at the gates of Hell and their doom. We must feel for the majority of them as they are not the Nazis we revile, in most part they are decent men, fathers, sons, brothers, husband and uncles, who no doubt saw through the coup of 2014 for what it was. But sadly, their fate seems sealed.
Nothing will stop Russia now. Every factor favours them. Victory will be Russia's. In Donbass and beyond and in due course across the world.
Victory belongs to Russia: It is now only a matter of time.

HOW MUCH MORE LYING FROM THE WEST TILL EVERYONE REALISES THE TRUTH?
It started with a vendetta against Vladimir Putin and that campaign, even after a decade and a half, is still ongoing.
The tried and tested methodology learned from the Nazis to repeat your lie over and over and over has been pretty effective.
Huge numbers in the USA and UK believe President Putin is the new Hitler, a murderer, a serial killer in fact, a modern day monster and supercrook, a man who is evil through and through and who would do anything to stay in power including invade the rest of the world after destroying their democracies.
Joseph Goebbels, the Nazi’s propaganda chief would nod sagely and slowly clap his hands in admiration. Here’s a little advice from the lie-master of WWII:
“Never admit to a fault or wrong; never accept blame; concentrate on one enemy at a time; blame that enemy for everything that goes wrong; take advantage of every opportunity to raise a political whirlwind.”
Does this sound familiar at all regarding the boogie man come scarecrow that is Russia or Vladimir Putin. What about that line about ‘one enemy at a time’? You got it, the main campaign, that against China, the USA’s primary rival, comes later.
But let’s stick with Putin for the time being.
Here’s Goebbels again:
“If you tell a lie big enough and keep repeating it, people will eventually come to believe it. The lie can be maintained only for such time as the State can shield the people from the political, economic and/or military consequences of the lie. It thus becomes vitally important for the State to use all of its powers to repress dissent, for the truth is the mortal enemy of the lie, and thus by extension, the truth is the greatest enemy of the State.”
Another bit of advice from the master deceiver:
“Think of the press as a great keyboard on which the government can play.”
All the elements used against Vladimir Putin are present in Goebbel’s advice above.
Just keep repeating the lies and use the press and media as your keyboard. And denigrate/cancel anyone attempting to portray Putin in any other light as an ‘agent’, ‘puppet’ or useful idiot.
And the clincher from JH?
“The bigger the lie, the more it will be believed.”
So, when you have a compliant media and so-called journalists ready and willing to write hit pieces plus magazines happy to depict Putin with fire in his eyes and the equivalent of vampire teeth the impact on an audience of largely gullible Joes and Josephines, especially when repeated endlessly, is not hard to guess.
But the propaganda pogrom against Putin was not enough. The Svengali needed an extensive orchestra to manipulate. This would be the Russian state. In this scenario, Russians, in general, were to be made scary monsters, ready to kill you in your bed and eat your children for supper.
So we had the entire ‘Russiagate’ furore, a four-year Russia hate-a-thon where Putin and his cronies were responsible for just about every awful thing that ever happened to anyone anywhere. And especially for Hillary Clinton losing the 2016 presidential election to a fat clown non-politician who liked to run off at the mouth and deliver lies faster than she could. Though no solid evidence could be found to link the winning sociopath candidate and ‘the Russians’ enough of the lie stuck to make it useful. Oh, and those nefarious Russians had made $90k of Facebook ads SO VERY EFFECTIVE they outdid the $100m or so the Democrats spent. You might think they’d hire those admen geniuses wouldn’t you? And discover how it could be that almost none of the ads mentioned the presidential election AT ALL. Pure genius that.
And so it goes. Along came the hapless Skripals. Mr Skripal had been set free by Russia in an exchange. You might think if he was such a danger to Russia they’d have killed him while they had him, wouldn’t you? Or if not perhaps bump him off with something less ‘Russian’ than Novichok, perhaps a knife between the ribs or a bullet from a silencer to the head, but no, it had to be associated with Russia. If you think those in the new KGB are as dumb as that, okay… but I don’t. And certainly not Putin.
Then we had Navalny apparently go down (but not out) using the very same Novichok (apparently). But hey, if Russia had already been identified as the wannabe killer of Skripal would you use the selfsame compound to do in Navalny? And would you do it in full public view leaving traces? And as it had failed to kill Skripal would you use this failed method to kill Navalny? And fail once again. Don’t you think that would be sheer carelessness on top of dumbo ignorance? How long have the KGB been at this game? Come on... really?
In between times and in no particular sequence we had the downing of the Malaysian airliner MH17 with 298 passengers fatalities. No one has given an explanation as far as I know of why Vladimir Putin or the Russian state would wish to do such a thing, yet we are to believe that several vehicles comprising a surface to air missile unit set off from somewhere in Russia and travelled for days to be in the right spot to do this. It makes no sense, no sense whatsoever. Except as the very next stick to beat Russia with.
When you consider how little any of this affected the rest of the world outside of the USA, the UK, and some of Europe, how trade and good relations with Russia continue, and official visits with smiles and deals made with Russia and also with Putin personally… you begin to smell a big lying rat, several in fact.
Western elites are presiding over a dying empire that has let them dominate and exploit the rest of the world to their advantage for lifetimes. They cannot stand the thought of losing this extremely potent and even more extremely lucrative advantage. All abilities to arm-twist others to their advantage are beginning to fade with the rise of Eurasia and specifically China. Being able to manipulate events, threaten so-called wrongdoers and administer punishments to them with impunity, attack and invade, indulge in mass killings and destruction also with impunity. It all disappears along with their self-awarded high status as world guardians with all the prestige and power that entails.
So what are a few lies when all is fair in love, war, and economics? When your back is against the wall what are you to do? As a terminally wounded beast you lash out at every supposed “enemy” around you, don’t you?
And you also use every dirty trick in your well-thumbed playbook, right? And what is the CIA expert in after all? What empire in such dire straits will not use the psychological operations (PsyOps) teams together with those in BlackOps as necessary weapons in the war to save the empire? It’s all grist to the mill as they say. What matter a few more lies when you’ve already used a whole bunch to get a war started against Iraq and others with hundreds of thousands dead when you’ve tortured, renditioned, and held people without trial for decades? When you are in an existential struggle to save everything that keeps your mojo going each day by being a world controller what do a few useful lies matter?
