VIRTUALLY UNREPORTED ATROCITY IN LUGANSK, 2nd JUNE 2014
A lot has been said about atrocities in the western media claimed to have been perpetrated by the Russians, for example at Bucha and Mariupol among others. These assertions are conveyed on the say so of the Ukrainian authorities. How willing though are western news broadcasters to convey atrocities attributed to the Ukrainians? The following will I think provide the answer.
If anyone wonders if they are receiving accurate coverage of the conflict in Ukraine I would suggest watching the video below of an event which occurred on the 2nd of June 2014 and ask themselves if they recall hearing about it on any mainstream media news channel at the time.
The video is harrowing to watch. The bodies (five women and three men) are real. Yet across western media there was only one single news report that occurred a day later. This was from CNN and occurred only because a CNN team happened to be nearby at the time of the atrocity and so the network could hardly ignore it as all others so obviously did.
The video below shows the unvarnished truth that was not considered newsworthy in western mainstream news.

Ukraine Loses Up to 5,080 Soldiers in Battles With Russia's Battlegroup Yug - MoD.
Russia's Battlegroup Yug eliminated up to 5,080 Ukrainian servicemen over the past week, the Russian Ministry of Defense (MoD) said on Friday.
The Ukrainian armed forces lost up to 5,080 servicemen, four armored combat vehicles, 24 cars and 22 field artillery guns, the ministry said in a statement, adding that the Russian Battlegroup Yug has liberated the Maksimilyanovka village in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) and repelled 23 counterattacks.
Battlegroup Tsentr repelled 59 counterattacks, eliminating up to 3,350 soldiers, while Battlegroup Zapad thwarted 25 counterattacks, eliminating over 3,150 Ukrainian troops.
Over the week, Ukraine also lost over 2,745 servicemen in battles with Battlegroup Sever, while Battlegroup Vostok repelled seven counterattacks, eliminating up to 790 soldiers.
In addition, the Russian armed forces carried out 36 group strikes on Ukraine's energy and military facilities over the past week, while 48 Ukrainian troops surrendered.

Zelensky's Plan Sells Ukraine to West, Turns Army Into Private Military Company - Lavrov.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's so-called victory plan suggests that Ukraine will hand over its natural resources to Western allies in exchange for weapons and turn the Ukrainian army into a private military company, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Friday.
"Zelensky, in these points of his, spoke so veiledly about the economic side of the issue. According to the leaks, the secret annexes... stipulate that he is ready to place all of Ukrainian natural resources under the management of his Western masters, hand over controls over them, effectively to sell Ukraine," Lavrov told reporters after a foreign ministers' meeting on the South Caucasus.
Some leaks suggest that Zelensky's main purpose is to get weapons no matter what, Lavrov added. He said that Western countries had already made it clear this was an "unacceptable scenario" that increased risks for the West.
"According to the leaks, also accompanied by a secret annex, the Ukrainian army will be ready to defend Europe and deploy its soldiers under a contract ... maybe even replacing US contingent that is already in Europe after it wins. So just, on the one hand, [Zelensky] sold all the land and the valuables that it holds, and on the other hand, offered up his country as a private military company," Lavrov said.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova brushed off Zelensky's "victory plan" as a set of incoherent slogans that would push NATO into a direct conflict with Russia. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Wednesday that the conflict would end when Kiev realized the futility of its policy.
Zelensky presented the three-point plan, which also includes three secret additions, in parliament on Wednesday. He proposed that allies invite Ukraine to join NATO, lift restrictions on strikes deep into Russia and deploy a "comprehensive non-nuclear deterrence package" on Ukrainian soil to contain Russia. The plan envisions an end to the conflict no later than 2025.

Ukrainian diocese ‘goes underground’ after raid on cathedral.
The main place of worship in Cherkasy is no longer “graced by God” after a forced takeover, Metropolitan Theodosius has said.
The Ukrainian Orthodox Church (UOC) has little choice but to “go underground” after being forced out of its main place of worship in the central city of Cherkasy, the leader of the diocese has said.
Dozens of men in military-style clothing stormed St. Michael’s Cathedral, the largest church in Ukraine, early on Thursday morning. The raiders were initially repelled by members of the church, but a renewed assault hours later resulted in the Kiev-backed Orthodox Church of Ukraine (OCU) seizing control of the building.
The Ukrainian government has been cracking down on the UOC for years, claiming that the organization does the bidding of the Russian government. Ukrainian officials described the transfer of the Cherkasy cathedral as “peaceful.”
While the attackers were preparing for their second attempt to seize the building, Cherkasy Mayor Aleksandr Bondarenko urged people to go to the cathedral to “express their thoughts about… the presence of a Moscow church in our city.”
Metropolitan Theodosius, the leader of the diocese, addressed his congregation after the cathedral had been seized, saying that the defenders of the building had done all they could under the circumstances. Considering the political climate in Ukraine, there is little hope that the cathedral will be returned through Ukrainian courts, he lamented.

“God’s grace is leaving the cathedral with us,” Theodosius said. “This house is empty now, and grace will only return, when we, people of faith, come back.”
“We are going to our homes, to attics and cellars. We will be praying and conducting services in the underground, if our temples are taken away from us,” he added.
Theodosius was speaking with his eyes closed, suggesting he had been being doused with pepper spray, while his bishop’s headdress had a visible dent in it. He was reportedly struck by an attacker with enough force to bend the decorative cross on it.
According to local medics, 26 people were hurt in the clashes, including 12 who were taken to the hospital for treatment. Many injuries were caused by mace, but some patients had broken bones.
Russia on Thursday condemned the incident and criticized international organizations which supposedly aim to combat religious persecution. The Ukrainian government led by Vladimir Zelensky takes this negligence as encouragement for a further crackdown, the Russian Foreign Ministry warned.
“We reiterate our call to the relevant international human rights organizations to do their job,” the statement stressed.

VICTORY BELONGS TO RUSSIA: IT IS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME
Each day that passes makes a conclusive Russian victory in the Donbass and beyond more certain. As Russia bolsters her forces, and weaponry, those of Ukraine decrease. Russian forces gain ready access to rest and recuperation as troop numbers increase. The increasingly exhausted and demoralised Ukrainian troops have an ever decreasing prospect of such respite. This situation is likely to bring them to complete breakdown as Russia unleashes the firepower of the more modern and advanced weaponry that is arriving with the newly mobilised Russian troops.
The various Ukrainian offensives are now weak when confronted by the reinforced Russian lines. A few futile efforts achieve quite miserable results before fire reigns down on the Ukrainian troops and they are forced back to their starting positions.
And now, all this being said, we have arrived at the wet, and later, freezing conditions where these pathetic Ukrainian forces will be subject to myriad forms of abject misery with death and injury all around them while they lie sodden or frozen, abandoned to their fate by Kiev.
The pitiable young and old of Ukraine have been frogmarched to their deaths as cannon-fodder while the bestial elites of the collective West urge their "president" to add more to their number there at the gates of Hell and their doom. We must feel for the majority of them as they are not the Nazis we revile, in most part they are decent men, fathers, sons, brothers, husband and uncles, who no doubt saw through the coup of 2014 for what it was. But sadly, their fate seems sealed.
Nothing will stop Russia now. Every factor favours them. Victory will be Russia's. In Donbass and beyond and in due course across the world.
Victory belongs to Russia: It is now only a matter of time.

IS THE UKRAINE WAR ABOUT TO END? WHAT ABOUT THE YEARS AFTER?
How I see the Ukraine war ending a few months from now in a ceasefire & how I see the sides moving toward permanent peace...and, in the years ahead finding a mutually longed for reconciliation.
Both sides are without doubt extremely weary of this war. Neither side wants more of their troops killed or wounded. All know the grief families and friends have suffered during this war. The Ukrainian and Russian people are brother and sister Slavs who undoubtedly would rather have any present or future in preference to this war.
The Ukraine war began, as is usual for almost all wars, purely as a result of elite ambition. Extremely few, if any wars, ever began as a result of a popular uprising against another nation. Therefore, left to the everyday people of both nations there would be no war, no mass death, no destruction, no misery and no grief. The elites if they had their way would have to resolve their ambitions some other way. Not through them as pawns in their game.
This is why I see the next six to twelve months as the best opportunity in almost three yars to reassert the will of the people of Ukraine and to end their domination by extremists. I have not oa single doubt that they are thoroughly sick of this war and desperately want an end to it. Equally, the Russian-speaking people of the Donbass region who have suffered the loss of over ten thousand of their number at the hands of the Ukrainian military since 2014 wish this also.
The time is approaching when those elites, who exerted the pressure to make this war happen and who have been endlessly fueling this war, will cease to push for ever more war. This at last will create the opportunity for an end to this war that the people of both sides have hoped and longed for during these years of military tragedy.
So… how will it be arranged? What is it that makes this time, almost three years into this war, the time when the hopes and dreams of everyday people of both sides can be realized? What are the circumstances we see now that provide hope for this kind of belated optimism?
The main reason for hope is that the western sponsors of the Ukrainian regime have reached the end of their capacity and willingness to further arm the regime in Kiev, reducing delivery of both funds and armaments and closing the door to the regime’s effective ability to fight defensively or to escalate the war significntly. With no prospect of Ukraine being invited to join NATO; no authorization for Ukraine to fire missiles deep inside Russian territory and no willingness by NATO nations to intervene in Ukraine directly Kiev is running out of road.
Without the direct support of the UKrainian regime detailed above it cannot possibly win against the Russian military. It will therefore have no capacity to hold back the ever-strengthening Russian force. It will, in light of all this, be forced to agree to negotiations in which I predict the political elites of the United States will dominate. Further changes will inevitably follow on from the above and from the determination of the Ukrainian people to once again experience peace, stability and responsible leadership in their land.
I predict we will see, over the next months and years, a sequence of events mirroring to some degree, the following:
1. The USA, then UK (v. reluctantly) and EU states agree they have come to the end of line in regard to military support for the Ukrainian regime.
2. The Kiev regime is then pressured by the above powers to end its military campaign against the Russian forces in the Donbass.
3. Negotiations (including the USA) begin to finalise a way forward where a permanent ceasefire can be agreed.
4. Eventually a ceasefire is indeed agreed.
5. New elections are arrangd within what remains of Ukraine. These elections will bring a new president and government into being. It will also contain a referendum with quite possibly a number of questions, all of which will, in one form or another concern the question of future relations with Russia.
6. A new president and government is duly elected which is at least neutral regarding Russia if not overtly pro-Russia.
7. The new government will change the consitution of Ukraine to once again state that it will remain neutral and not join any military bloc.
8. The new president and government of Ukraine will begin the slow road to reconciliation with Russia as one of its two primary trading areas.
9. The Donbass region will be built up to Russian standards while at the same time Ukraine will be built up by a combination of EU state grants and private western corporations.
10. Slowly but surely the two former warring nations, Russia and Ukraine will resume where the Maidan coup of 2014 separated them.
This is what I hope for both Russia and Ukraine. Ultimately, over a generation, two at the most, a recognition of all that they share and a huge decrease toward zero, regarding their differences and what separates tem. They are one people who share a difficult past with different loyalties emerging from their historical experience. But, with the perseverance, trust and goodwill of th majority, constantly sidelining the minorities who wish to emphasize their differences, we can hope to see a wonderful rebirth of the Slavic family in the East.
WESTERN & UKRAINIAN ELITES GET THEIR MUD READY FOR SLINGING
When the shit hits the fan and both western & Ukrainian fantasies of "victory" over Russia pop... that's when the mother of all blame games will start.
The truth cannot be tolerated, therefore comforting delusion must take its place. In tandem with this selective delusion many excuses must and will have been long-prepared. No one wants to be left holding the mewling Ukrainian baby when this is all over. A sufficient amount of mud must therefore be prepared by both sides to hit the other with to escape responsibility.
Biden continues to surround himself in a mirage of misplaced breast-beating over Ukraine rather than face up to anything as onerous as the facts on the ground. Those facts are of course incredibly hard to face considering that both he and Zelensky believe themselves to be totally in the right and to them the concept of defeat is entirely alien. However, that defeat is on its way and Biden and Zelensky will do their darndest to escape responsibility for it.
Meanwhile, as the mud is gathered behind closed doors… Ukraine goes from one defeat to another, with Zelensky talking all the while of an eventual victory. One that was never going to come. He appears blind to the stark reality facing him, the reality of imminent defeat. There is a theory going around however that he is fully aware of the imminent defeat and is preparing the ground, and all his excuses for an eventual blame-free exit.
For the time being all such concerns are washed away by means of one total fantasy or another. However, if you look closely you will see the fantasies talked of above beginning to leak at the seams. For Biden and Zelensky it is becoming ever more important to have a range of believable excuses ready for when the shit finally does hit the fan:
THE USA WILL BLAME ZELENSKY UPON UKRAINE’S DEFEAT
The material no doubt being prepared as you read this will state that the Ukrainian leadership failed to provide adequate intelligence concerning either its strategy or success/failure on the battlefield. It will say that the USA and its allies gave everything the Ukrainian regime asked for but the endemic corruption and sheer incompetence of its army made it inevitable that it would lose. Time and again we will hear that the USA et al did everything possible to assist Ukraine, gave everything needed to win, but due to massive disorganisation and failure to take advice, the end result that has transpired was inevitable.
ZELENSKY WILL BLAME USA & WEST UPON UKRAINE’S DEFEAT
Neither Zelensky nor any of those in the front line of Ukraine’s leadership are going to capitulate. Not unless they finally realize that the USA and its allies have decided they are a lost cause and refuse to march forward with them into WWIII. Some speculate that this was why Zelensky delivered a completely delusional ‘Victory Plan’ this week. The theory is that he has created a clearly unattainable plan precisely so that he can blame his western sponsors for Ukraine’s defeat when they refuse his unreasonable plans.
Zelensky and his minions have been acting in defiant fashion all along, nothing was ever enough for them, forever calling for more of this, that and the next thing that they said would enable them to “win”. Nothing that was sent ever did the trick. Now Zelensky has created an ultimatum to the West in the form of his ‘Victory Plan’.
Never once did Zelensky suggest any desire to come to an agreement with Russia, he always appeared willing to fight to the last Ukrainian. However, the western world is now VERY rapidly diminishing in its ability or willingness to supply anything more that the regime demands. In fact it appears clear that nothing of substance will any more be sent to Ukraine and that there will be no permission for missiles to hit deep into Russia. Ukraine will NOT be granted access to NATO membership as the ‘Victory Plan’ demands.
Zelensky is to be left high and dry. And when this becomes totally clear to him then his side of the blame game will begin to hit back in earnest. The USA, nor its allies gave Ukraine what it needed to win. Zelensky will speak in harsh terms of how he pleaded for the weapons, finances and support required to win and was met with a paltry response. He will assert that the western powers failed to recognise the full importance of helping Ukraine face down the Russians and he will invite them to contemplate their own fate at Russia’s hands having done so.
We will no doubt see the fakery surrounding the usual theater of the absurd continue for a while yet whereby both the western powers and the Zelensky regime talk pie in the sky while that sky increasingly falls down upon them. Neither appears willing to face oncoming reality just yet. Too much is at stake for them personally if they do. Meanwhile Ukrainian troops die in their droves.
The politicians on either side are doing their level best to save their own necks while the abominable suffering drags ever on. No talks. No concessions. More deaths. More territory taken. But the demanded heroic status of Zelensky will be asserted and retained till the end with ultimately a finger pointing at the deceivers and foot-draggers of the West who let his country down.
In the USA and across the western world we will hear a very different refrain however, one that talks of Ukrainian officials providing “inaccurate information”, officials who talked up victories that had no reality but that were conjured up only in their own minds. Zelensky will be increasingly talked of as an extremely delusional individual who was never able to confront reality and who was ultimately a very bad partner of the West. All the fine words spoken of him at the height of the conflict when it seemed possible to weaken Russia will be forgotten. As will most of what was done to prop him up. Project Ukraine will end. Silence on the topic will prevail while Project Taiwan to weaken China “coincidentally” goes into top gear.
