A lot has been said about atrocities in the western media claimed to have been perpetrated by the Russians, for example at Bucha and Mariupol among others. These assertions are conveyed on the say so of the Ukrainian authorities. How willing though are western news broadcasters to convey atrocities attributed to the Ukrainians? The following will I think provide the answer.
If anyone wonders if they are receiving accurate coverage of the conflict in Ukraine I would suggest watching the video below of an event which occurred on the 2nd of June 2014 and ask themselves if they recall hearing about it on any mainstream media news channel at the time.
The video is harrowing to watch. The bodies (five women and three men) are real. Yet across western media there was only one single news report that occurred a day later. This was from CNN and occurred only because a CNN team happened to be nearby at the time of the atrocity and so the network could hardly ignore it as all others so obviously did.

“It’s a good thing” to talk to a leader with thousands of nuclear weapons, the former US president has said.
Former US President Donald Trump has refused to confirm or deny contacting Russian President Vladimir Putin since leaving office in 2021, but said that doing so would have been “a smart thing.” Trump has repeatedly vowed to use his “great relationship” with Putin to end the Ukraine conflict if he is elected next month.
American journalist Bob Woodward’s latest book, ‘War’, which was published this week, claims that Trump secretly spoke to Putin seven times since leaving office in 2021.
Trump’s campaign initially declared that “none of these made up stories by Bob Woodward are true,” but in an interview with Bloomberg Editor-in-Chief John Micklethwait on Tuesday, the former president struck a more ambiguous tone.
“I don’t comment on that, but I will tell you that if I did, it’s a smart thing,” Trump told Mickelthwait. “If I’m friendly with people, if I can have a relationship with people, that’s a good thing, not a bad thing, in terms of a country…he’s got 2,000 nuclear weapons and so do we.”

Trump maintains that the Ukraine conflict never would have begun if he had won the 2020 election, and that President Joe Biden’s “stupid words” antagonized Putin into launching his offensive in February 2022. Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris’ promise of open-ended support for Ukraine risks dragging the US into “World War III,” he has repeatedly declared.
After meeting Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky last month, Trump boasted that he had a “very good relationship” with both Zelensky and Putin and promised to “get [the Ukraine conflict] resolved very quickly” if he wins November’s election.

Malaysia Invites Putin for Visit, Ready to Ensure His Stay - Agriculture Minister.
Malaysia invites Russian President Vladimir Putin to visit the country and is ready to ensure his stay, Malaysian Minister of Agriculture and Food Security Mohamad Sabu told Sputnik on Tuesday.
"Yes, we are ready [to ensure Putin's stay]. We invite Putin to visit Malaysia," Sabu said.
Malaysia and Russia have "very strong relations, including in defense," the minister added.
"We bought Sukhoi fighter jets. We are still using them. We will continue to strengthen our cooperation with Russia," Sabu, who also served as Malaysian defense minister from 2018-2020, said.
Malaysia, as chair of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN), will promote closer ties with Russia next year, Minister Sabu also noted.
"We hope that Malaysia, as the leader of ASEAN next year, can play an appropriate role. Then ASEAN can work together and maintain close relations with Russia ... We hope that Malaysia will play its role in bringing ASEAN closer to Russia," the minister said.

VICTORY BELONGS TO RUSSIA: IT IS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME
Each day that passes makes a conclusive Russian victory in the Donbass and beyond more certain. As Russia bolsters her forces, and weaponry, those of Ukraine decrease. Russian forces gain ready access to rest and recuperation as troop numbers increase. The increasingly exhausted and demoralised Ukrainian troops have an ever decreasing prospect of such respite. This situation is likely to bring them to complete breakdown as Russia unleashes the firepower of the more modern and advanced weaponry that is arriving with the newly mobilised Russian troops.
The various Ukrainian offensives are now weak when confronted by the reinforced Russian lines. A few futile efforts achieve quite miserable results before fire reigns down on the Ukrainian troops and they are forced back to their starting positions.
And now, all this being said, we have arrived at the wet, and later, freezing conditions where these pathetic Ukrainian forces will be subject to myriad forms of abject misery with death and injury all around them while they lie sodden or frozen, abandoned to their fate by Kiev.
The pitiable young and old of Ukraine have been frogmarched to their deaths as cannon-fodder while the bestial elites of the collective West urge their "president" to add more to their number there at the gates of Hell and their doom. We must feel for the majority of them as they are not the Nazis we revile, in most part they are decent men, fathers, sons, brothers, husband and uncles, who no doubt saw through the coup of 2014 for what it was. But sadly, their fate seems sealed.
Nothing will stop Russia now. Every factor favours them. Victory will be Russia's. In Donbass and beyond and in due course across the world.
Victory belongs to Russia: It is now only a matter of time.

HOW WILL WESTERN ELITES REACT TO THE END OF THE UKRAINE WAR?
The Ukraine war is the result of a plan devised by the western powers to weaken Russia. This was deemed a vital first step in stemming the clear, ongoing decline of western power & influence.
The final verdict on the Russo-Ukrainian war will undoubtedly be that it came about as a result of an agreed plan by all western powers to weaken Russia. This was deemed a vital necessity due to the rise of nations such as Russia and China who disagreed with the idea of western hegemony. The need by western elites to stem the decline of western power and influence globally has brought about a catastrophe for the Ukrainian people, and a catastrophe that will affect Europe for a generation.
The denial of all off ramps to Russia in the leadup to the conflict in Ukraine provides the most obvious sign of western intent. It is clear that there was no way the western allies were going to let Russia off the Ukrainian hook. Any normal approach would have resulted in some form of agreement whereby Russia's issues with Ukraine would have been resolved diplomatically. After all, what Russia wanted was not much of an ask, that the Russian-speaking majority in the Donbass region of Ukraine be given sufficient autonomy so that they would feel secure, that Ukraine would not join NATO.
Those above were the two primary concerns Russia had in respect of Ukraine. Russia had previously denied the request of the two breakaway republics to join the Russian Federation. Putin saw the federalisation of the region as the best way forward and worked for seven years via Minsk to see the peaceful end to the situation. It is clear however that the western allies never had any intention of letting this diplomatic route come to any peaceful conclusion.
Historians will lambast the western political elites who ultimately cost Ukraine so much, including up to one million dead/wounded. Will we see any contrition by those elites? We are extremely unlikely to see the kind of contrition Obama showed regarding the NATO assault upon Libya and its aftermath. The present leaders of the West, those who have endlessly doubled down on pushing the war forward with all the dire consequences now being recognised, appear totally averse to such honesty.
What we are likely to see now is much more grasping at straws from western political elites and mass media alike as Russia's victory steadily approaches. They will be unable to face reality. That reality is simply so objectionable to them that they will be forced into a series of ever more grotesque fantasies where somehow the Ukrainian regime (and therefore the West) has won. The most likely of these fantasies, the one they hope will gain most traction via a highly contorted and visibly distorted version of events.
The political and media elites of the western world will inevitably claim that Russia sought to occupy the entirety of Ukraine and were frustrated in that ambition by a combination of Ukrainian bravery and robust western support of Ukraine. This will be the most likely meme through which they will seek to put a protective PR spin on the disaster they have presided over and in fact generated from the get go. They will attempt (and no doubt in the West) succeed in clouding the reality of the Project Ukraine debacle and escape all responsibility for it.
It appears that this inability of both legacy media and the politicians of the West to confront the hard reality of the situation will continue right up to the bitter end. That bitter end for them where Russia completes its special military operation in a recognised victory (to most of the world outside the West).
After the PR onslaught by western leaders concerning how they “defeated Russian ambitions” and “denied Russia its goal” we will see news of Ukraine quite rapidly exit the news media. All western mass media will then switch off after a few days reporting western state assertions of victory, some few recriminations by other more honest commentators and a general and quite obvious desire to hide the whole thing under the bloody rug they created. Ukraine will then be abandoned by the media to stew in its toxic juice.
After a few weeks or months pass by there will be a mere trickle of reports consigned to various back pages of the print news media on the tortuous rebuilding efforts the EU is making in Ukraine. Apart from these the entirety of the conflict will be consigned to the same memory hole as Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria and Libya. Historians will write books hopefully providing a realistic portrayal of events… that relatively few will read. On the internet, those who have been engendering far more factual analyses will make their concluding and highly scathing remarks on western guilt.
Meanwhile, the entire panoply of western political and media interest will divert their full concentration on fomenting their next war, focusing what remains of their combined fire power just as hubris-consumed as ever, on China.
