VIRTUALLY UNREPORTED ATROCITY IN LUGANSK, 2nd JUNE 2014
A lot has been said about atrocities in the western media claimed to have been perpetrated by the Russians, for example at Bucha and Mariupol among others. These assertions are conveyed on the say so of the Ukrainian authorities. How willing though are western news broadcasters to convey atrocities attributed to the Ukrainians? The following will I think provide the answer.
If anyone wonders if they are receiving accurate coverage of the conflict in Ukraine I would suggest watching the video below of an event which occurred on the 2nd of June 2014 and ask themselves if they recall hearing about it on any mainstream media news channel at the time.
The video is harrowing to watch. The bodies (five women and three men) are real. Yet across western media there was only one single news report that occurred a day later. This was from CNN and occurred only because a CNN team happened to be nearby at the time of the atrocity and so the network could hardly ignore it as all others so obviously did.
The video below shows the unvarnished truth that was not considered newsworthy in western mainstream news.

Russia will consider itself free from a moratorium on the deployment of medium and shorter-range missiles if the US places missiles in Germany, Russian President Vladimir Putin has said in an address to sailors at the Navy Day parade in St. Petersburg.
Earlier this month, the US and Germany announced plans to deploy long-range precision missile systems in Europe. According to a joint US-German press release dated July 10, the US “will begin episodic deployments of the long-range fires capabilities of its Multi-Domain Task Force in Germany in 2026.”
Putin called this announcement “noteworthy,” as such a deployment will put important Russian state and military facilities, administrative and industrial centers, as well as defense infrastructure within the reach of the weapons. He noted that the flight time of such missiles to targets on Russian territory would be about ten minutes, and that they could also be equipped with nuclear warheads.
“This situation is reminiscent of the events of the Cold War related to the deployment of American medium-range missiles in Europe,” Putin stated. He said that while Russia has long left the Cold War in the past, the US “did not reciprocate.” The president warned that if the US goes through with the missile deployment plan, Russia will respond accordingly.

“If the US implements such plans, we will consider ourselves free from the previously adopted moratorium on the deployment of medium- and short-range strike weapons, and will take steps to boost the capabilities of the coastal troops of our Navy,” he stated, noting that the development of a number of such missile systems is in the final stages.
“We will take mirror measures to deploy [these systems], taking into account the actions of the US and its satellites in Europe and other regions of the world,” Putin pledged.
Putin delivered his speech after greeting sailors and ship crews assembled for the annual Navy Day parade, the Russian Navy’s primary celebration. He praised the Navy as a “reliable guardian of our naval borders” and the country’s pride and glory. He said that Russia’s naval power had been achieved through the efforts and talents of its seamen, and vowed to continue supporting strengthen the Navy’s capabilities through training and more marine personnel, equipping naval vessels with hypersonic missiles, boosting coastal infrastructure, and intelligence and air defense.

Russia’s recent patrol flights in international airspace are a response to the increased activity of US aircraft near Russian airspace and in parts of the world that Moscow considers “sensitive,” President Vladimir Putin said on Sunday.
On Wednesday, Russian and Chinese bombers carried out joint air patrols over the waters of the Chukchi and Bering Seas, as well as the North Pacific, and flew near the coast of Alaska. While the aircraft did not enter US airspace, Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin said Washington is concerned by the development.
According to Austin, it was the first time that Chinese nuclear-capable bomber aircraft have flown within the Alaskan Air Defense Identification Zone, and the first time Chinese and Russian jets have taken off from the same base in northeastern Russia.
While delivering a speech at the annual Navy Day parade in St. Petersburg, Putin noted that Russia has conducted patrols in international airspace since 2007.
“This was our response to the increased activity of US strategic and reconnaissance aviation in regions of the world that Russia considers sensitive. This measure is aimed, among other things, at ensuring the security in the Asia-Pacific region,” he said, adding that Washington is to blame for making these patrols necessary.
Since the collapse of the Soviet Union, Russian strategic missile carriers have not conducted air patrols away from our borders. Russia believed there was no longer any need for this – the world has changed, the Cold War has ended. However, the US did not reciprocate our gesture of goodwill and continued patrolling our borders.
Russian aircraft often conduct patrol flights near American airspace, while also monitoring US and NATO flights near its own airspace. Russia has sent jets to escort fighters and bombers of the bloc’s member states away from its borders on numerous occasions in recent years.

As strategic allies, Russia and China also often carry out joint patrols over the Asia-Pacific region. The exercise that took place this week was the eighth joint air strategic patrol carried out by the two nations since 2019, according to Chinese Defense Ministry spokesperson Zhang Xiaogang. Speaking to reporters on Thursday, he stressed that the operation was “not directed at any third party.” The Russian Defense Ministry said the patrol was conducted in accordance with international law.

Hungary’s Viktor Orban says that, having lived under Western restrictions since 2014, the country has not only adjusted but flourished thanks to its “flexibility”.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has praised Russia’s resilience in the face of the West’s Ukraine-related sanctions, claiming that the country has not only managed to adapt but has flourished.
Speaking at an event hosted by Balvanyos Free University and Student Camp on Saturday, Orban noted that Russia has been forced to learn how to function under sanctions ever since the accession of Crimea in 2014. Over the years, it has shown remarkable technical, economic, and social flexibility in the face of sanctions, he argued.
“The Russians learned lessons from sanctions heaped on them after the Crimea accession, and not only did they learn them, but they also turned those lessons into action and implemented the necessary developments,” Orban stated.
“[They] have carried out the necessary reorganization of the IT and banking sectors, and did not allow their financial system to collapse. They have developed an ability to adapt… they modernized their agriculture and today they are among the world’s largest food exporters,” he added.
When Russia is described as a rigid neo-Stalinist autocracy – it is a lie. We are talking about a country that demonstrates technical, economic and, as you can see, social flexibility.

According to Orban, the West’s plan “to bring Russia to its knees” with sanctions has failed, while the economies of many Western nations, and the EU in particular, have suffered due to the loss of access to cheap Russian energy and other exports. Orban noted that Russia has a “hyper-rational leadership,” guided by a logical, calm, and predictable government, while the behavior of the West is not rational. He claimed that European politics “has collapsed” and “given up on its own interests” to follow the US and its warmongering “even at the cost of self-destruction.”
The Hungarian leader defended his decision to embark on what he called a Ukraine “peace mission,” under which he traveled to Ukraine, Russia, China, the US, and to other EU countries earlier this month to hold talks with the “five main actors” of the conflict. While his efforts, and in particular his visit to Moscow for talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin, sparked a barrage of criticism in both the EU and NATO, Orban said he sees his mission as a “Christian duty” and would not hesitate to continue on this course of action.

Russia has repeatedly stated that it was eager to find a diplomatic solution to the conflict, albeit on terms that it finds suitable. Kiev has so far rejected all peace overtures, although its rhetoric about engaging with Moscow has been changing in recent weeks. Vladimir Zelensky, who previously stressed he wouldn’t talk with Putin, earlier this week signaled that he wanted the diplomatic process to start and saw “no difference” in who he had to engage with, “Putin or not.”

VICTORY BELONGS TO RUSSIA: IT IS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME
Each day that passes makes a conclusive Russian victory in the Donbass and beyond more certain. As Russia bolsters her forces, and weaponry, those of Ukraine decrease. Russian forces gain ready access to rest and recuperation as troop numbers increase. The increasingly exhausted and demoralised Ukrainian troops have an ever decreasing prospect of such respite. This situation is likely to bring them to complete breakdown as Russia unleashes the firepower of the more modern and advanced weaponry that is arriving with the newly mobilised Russian troops.
The various Ukrainian offensives are now weak when confronted by the reinforced Russian lines. A few futile efforts achieve quite miserable results before fire reigns down on the Ukrainian troops and they are forced back to their starting positions.
And now, all this being said, we have arrived at the wet, and later, freezing conditions where these pathetic Ukrainian forces will be subject to myriad forms of abject misery with death and injury all around them while they lie sodden or frozen, abandoned to their fate by Kiev.
The pitiable young and old of Ukraine have been frogmarched to their deaths as cannon-fodder while the bestial elites of the collective West urge their "president" to add more to their number there at the gates of Hell and their doom. We must feel for the majority of them as they are not the Nazis we revile, in most part they are decent men, fathers, sons, brothers, husband and uncles, who no doubt saw through the coup of 2014 for what it was. But sadly, their fate seems sealed.
Nothing will stop Russia now. Every factor favours them. Victory will be Russia's. In Donbass and beyond and in due course across the world.
Victory belongs to Russia: It is now only a matter of time.

NEITHER SIDE WILL EMERGE FROM THE UKRAINE WAR WITHOUT REGRET
Waging war from a comfortable distance brings a sanitizing effect to minds cold as ice, but for those who lose their loved ones the pain never ends.
The war in Ukraine is a tragedy for all concerned. The loss of life and injury is sickening in the extreme. None of this grotesque plague upon humanity should be happening. Anyone who has had any experience of war knows how absolute the horror of war is. It is humanity at its worst despite any individual acts of self-sacrifice or bravery that may occur.
The political and media elites of the western world are the true progenitors of this tragedy. Their overwhelming desire to weaken Russia has resulted directly in all we see occurring now. That desire which ultimately stemmed from the desire to undermine all entities not directly supportive of the West has led to this. That project demanded that global interference now be a constant. This ideological imperative has thrown us all into war, even those far from the battlefield.
The threat of yet another world war dominates our thoughts. The war in Ukraine was a war Russia did everything possible to avoid. However, the western elites desired it and they found a way to foment and create it. That they are losing both the war in Ukraine and the sanctions war that they believed would bring Russia down is a reality they cannot face. Russia will now of course win.
The western political and media elites who pushed Russian into this war and who are still, to this day pushing hapless Ukrainian men into this war, will not be made to pay any price whatsoever. But that Russia will win and the entire nation of Ukraine will lose, is certain. Not that Russia will emerge unscathed. A great many Russian lives have also been snuffed out and the number of injuries on the Russian side must also be immense. Families on both sides of this conflict have suffered grievous wounds through their losses that will never truly mend.
Plenty of commentators and those who take no trouble to learn the details of the timeline of this situation blame Russia and in particular blame Vladimir Putin for this conflict. For whatever reason they lay the entire blame at his feet. This is unjust and fails to recognize the near decade that he worked tirelessly through the Minsk process to avoid the consequences of the West-supported coup in Ukraine’s capital in 2014. Those who blame him resolutely fail to acknowledge the part western political elites played in this war that should never have been.
Once it was clear that no good options remained for Russia this conflict became inevitable. No amount of requests by Russia to resolve this peacefully bore any responsive reaction from the West. Every new offer of cooperation to resolve things where peace could be maintained and a permanent level of security for all be set up, was rejected by the West. NATO refused to countenance limiting its power or influence. Along with those who funded it NATO put its own priorities high above those of preserving life and security.
Once a proper accounting for this tragedy is completed by the historians of the future the entire story will be told. They will, without doubt, find faults on both sides, however if an honest, independent appraisal of events forms the core of this assessment it will be very clear who ultimately wanted war and who peace. From the experience of earlier wars undertaken by the West no doubt some harsh words will be heard from some quarters but no true accountability will result. Sadly, those who wished for this war will wish for others. All in the name of the “idea” that is the USA and those neoconservative zealots across the western world who are its co-conspirators.
When all the talking and hand-wringing is done and the elites on both sides get back to the everyday work of running their states, when politicians that ought to be on trial are writing their memoirs comfortably at home instead, when the vast bulk of humanity goes back to earning a living and caring for their families as usual… those Russian and Ukrainian families who have lost their loved ones will continue to live with painful reminders of all they have lost. Mass media will turn to the latest big political and geopolitical story they wish to wring as much drama from as possible. And in their plush offices in Washington, London and Brussels well-heeled elites will plan their strategies for their NEXT war…
