VIRTUALLY UNREPORTED ATROCITY IN LUGANSK, 2nd JUNE 2014
A lot has been said about atrocities in the western media claimed to have been perpetrated by the Russians, for example at Bucha and Mariupol among others. These assertions are conveyed on the say so of the Ukrainian authorities. How willing though are western news broadcasters to convey atrocities attributed to the Ukrainians? The following will I think provide the answer.
If anyone wonders if they are receiving accurate coverage of the conflict in Ukraine I would suggest watching the video below of an event which occurred on the 2nd of June 2014 and ask themselves if they recall hearing about it on any mainstream media news channel at the time.
The video is harrowing to watch. The bodies (five women and three men) are real. Yet across western media there was only one single news report that occurred a day later. This was from CNN and occurred only because a CNN team happened to be nearby at the time of the atrocity and so the network could hardly ignore it as all others so obviously did.
The video below shows the unvarnished truth that was not considered newsworthy in western mainstream news.

Washington has made it “clear” that it cannot provide Kiev with any significant number of MGM-140 Army Tactical Missile Systems (ATACMS) in the foreseeable future, CNN reported on Saturday, citing an unnamed US official.
Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov met with US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin at the Pentagon this week to discuss additional military aid. During the meeting he reportedly presented him with a list of “high-value” targets that Kiev would like to strike, deep inside Russia, using American-made weapons.
In an interview with CNN after the meeting, Umerov claimed that Ukraine is pushing to lift the ATACMS restrictions for “self-defense,” arguing that “the airfields being used to hit our cities are within the range of deep strikes.”

However, a US defense official told the channel that many of the targets on Ukraine’s wish list are in fact outside the missile’s range, as Moscow has relocated its high-value assets away from the front.
The US has also “made it clear that Kiev should not expect another significant delivery of ATACMS due to the finite number in US inventories and the long production time of the weapon,” CNN wrote, citing the source. The official noted that Ukraine has so far received a very “limited” supply of these missiles.
The US government seemingly drew the line on deep strikes into Russia after one of its ATACMS rockets, armed with a cluster warhead, struck a Crimean beach in early June. Moscow accused Washington of enabling that and other acts of “terrorism” against civilians, and suggested it might arm “states and entities” around the world that are hostile to the US in response.

Pentagon spokesman Major General Patrick Ryder clarified on Tuesday that Washington’s “policy has not changed,” meaning that Ukraine is allowed to use US-supplied weapons to defend against cross-border attacks but not for “deep strikes” into what the US recognizes as Russian territory. However, White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby told reporters on Monday that Washington “will keep the conversations with the Ukrainians going.”
Moscow has warned that any talk of using long-range missiles to strike Russian territory is highly dangerous.
“This is blackmail, it is an attempt to create an impression that the West wants to avoid excessive escalation, but in fact this is a ruse,” Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov told a press conference on Tuesday. “The West does not want to avoid escalation. The West is asking for trouble, to put it bluntly. I reckon that this is already obvious to everyone.”

Polish PM threatens to block Ukraine’s EU bid.
Kiev must resolve the Volyn massacre issue to get Warsaw’s support for its EU accession bid, Polish PM Donald Tusk says.
Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk has threatened to block Ukraine’s bid to join the EU unless it bends to Warsaw’s demands on the WW2-era Volyn massacre, a mass killing of Poles by Ukrainian nationalists.
Tusk made the pledge in the wake of a massive political scandal rocking Poland in the aftermath of a disastrous visit by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba, who made multiple highly-controversial statements on the history of Poles and Ukrainians.
“Ukrainians, with all our respect and our support for their military effort, must realize that joining the EU is also joining a political and historical culture. So, until there is respect for these standards on the part of Ukraine, Ukraine will not become a member of the European family,” Tusk stated.
The PM condemned the remarks made by Kuleba, describing his assessment of the controversial statements as “unequivocally negative.” “Ukraine, one way or another, will have to meet Poland’s expectations,” Tusk stressed.
Kuleba delivered his ill-advised remarks on Wednesday while speaking in the northern Polish city of Olsztyn. While promising not to oppose exhumations to help understand the Volyn massacre, the diplomat urged the two nations to “leave history to historians” and not to dig up “the bad things that the Poles did to Ukrainians and Ukrainians to Poles.”

At least 60,000 ethnic Poles were killed between 1943 and 1944 in the historical regions of Volhynia and Eastern Galicia, which currently belong to Ukraine, by militants with the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA) and the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN). Some historians estimate that the toll is even higher, suggesting the massacre had up to 120,000 victims. While Warsaw has recognized the massacre as a genocide of Poles, modern Ukraine has been celebrating the perpetrators behind it as “freedom fighters” and “national heroes.”
Kuleba also invoked the 1947 Operation Vistula, a forced resettlement of Ukrainians from southeastern Poland to the west of the country. The controversial action was aimed at the destruction of local UPA holdouts, as the resettlement deprived them of the support of the locals. Some 140,000 people were deported during the operation and became scattered in the west of the country.
The visiting foreign minister said Kiev has its own demands of Polish authorities, such as respecting the “memory of Ukrainians” who had been forcibly expelled from Ukrainian territories. The remark received an extremely poor reception in the host country, as some perceived it as a thinly veiled hint at potential territorial demands. The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry had to step in, insisting its boss never meant it like that, merely describing the region where a “compact Ukrainian community” has been living before the deportation as the “Ukrainian territory.”

Both nations are apparently seeking to spark major regional wars, Russia’s most senior diplomat has suggested.
Both Ukraine and Israel are trying to spark major regional wars to solve their own problems at the expense of others, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has said.
The country’s senior diplomat made the remarks in an exclusive interview with RT’s Anna Knishenko, aired on Saturday. Asked about the prospects of the ongoing crisis in the Middle East devolving into a major regional war, Lavrov suggested Israel was effectively the only party seeking such conflict.
“It seems that the only one who wants such a development is Israel. Probably the Israeli government, which is rather hard politics-wise, and they do not even hide that,” Lavrov stated.

“Probably, they want to take advantage of this situation to once and for all try to solve all their problems with Hamas and with Hezbollah, and with pro-Iranian groups in Syria and Iraq,” the minister suggested, adding that Tehran seems to be avoiding such a conflict and “does not want to get involved in any large-scale military actions.”
Israel’s behavior shares striking similarities to Ukraine’s, with Kiev apparently seeking to drag its Western backers into a direct conflict with Moscow, Lavrov pointed out.
“I’m seeing an interesting parallel there, [Vladimir] Zelensky too, who is fully controlled by the US as well, he wants roughly the same thing, only around Ukraine – to unleash a major war here, and to step aside himself, so that the Americans and other NATO members would start fighting for him,” the minister added.
These are very similar situations when they want to provoke a big war in the Middle East and on the territory that is directly adjacent to us, and now part of [Russia’s] Kursk Region is under the control of Zelensky’s Nazi regime, with weapons supplied to him by NATO.
The ongoing Ukrainian incursion into Kursk Region, launched by Kiev early this month, was likely approved by its Western handlers, Lavrov suggested. A “large number of Nazi units” as well as foreign mercenaries – who might actually be “regular troops” – are taking part in the hostilities, he noted.
“It is difficult for me to tell what the idea was behind this situation, because our Western colleagues have very convoluted minds, they sometimes bend everything in their own way, and then nothing comes of it,” Lavrov stated, invoking questionable results the collective West has achieved in Afghanistan, Iraq and elsewhere.

VICTORY BELONGS TO RUSSIA: IT IS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME
Each day that passes makes a conclusive Russian victory in the Donbass and beyond more certain. As Russia bolsters her forces, and weaponry, those of Ukraine decrease. Russian forces gain ready access to rest and recuperation as troop numbers increase. The increasingly exhausted and demoralised Ukrainian troops have an ever decreasing prospect of such respite. This situation is likely to bring them to complete breakdown as Russia unleashes the firepower of the more modern and advanced weaponry that is arriving with the newly mobilised Russian troops.
The various Ukrainian offensives are now weak when confronted by the reinforced Russian lines. A few futile efforts achieve quite miserable results before fire reigns down on the Ukrainian troops and they are forced back to their starting positions.
And now, all this being said, we have arrived at the wet, and later, freezing conditions where these pathetic Ukrainian forces will be subject to myriad forms of abject misery with death and injury all around them while they lie sodden or frozen, abandoned to their fate by Kiev.
The pitiable young and old of Ukraine have been frogmarched to their deaths as cannon-fodder while the bestial elites of the collective West urge their "president" to add more to their number there at the gates of Hell and their doom. We must feel for the majority of them as they are not the Nazis we revile, in most part they are decent men, fathers, sons, brothers, husband and uncles, who no doubt saw through the coup of 2014 for what it was. But sadly, their fate seems sealed.
Nothing will stop Russia now. Every factor favours them. Victory will be Russia's. In Donbass and beyond and in due course across the world.
Victory belongs to Russia: It is now only a matter of time.

UKRAINIANS ARE NOT DYING FOR THEIR NATION BUT FOR WESTERN POLITICAL ELITES
How unfeeling & deeply cynical do you have to be to preserve yourself from a deserved humiliation at the cost of thousands of Ukrainian lives?
There is no silver bullet that the Ukrainian regime can use to drive the Russian military back, there is no game-changing weapon that will achieve this for it. When the F16s fail to make any perceptible differences this must surely be finally a settled matter. The progress of the Russian army will continue as it has done for the past two years and more, grinding down Ukrainian resistance, taking hamlets, villages, towns and cities, demilitarizing and denazifying Ukraine as it moves inexorably forward ensuring the safety of the Russian-speaking population of eastern Ukraine and ensuring that Ukraine never joins NATO.
What possible outcome other than the above is conceivable? Only if one thinks in apocalyptic terms of all out war between Russia and NATO or Russia and the USA, for that is what would be the expected outcome if the war was to be expanded out of Ukraine. The almost inevitable nuclear conflagration at that point does not bear thinking about. So, what chance is there for the victory that Zelensky holds out for along with his western sponsors? Precisely no hope whatsoever. As soon as the western plan to cripple Russia with sanctions while supplying Ukraine with near unlimited money and weapons failed to do anything but strengthen both Russia’s economy and resolve a decision should have been made then and there to settle.
A peace settlement was just about there in Istanbul in March-April 2022. Unless it was simply a ruse to blindside Russia as the Minsk Accord process was, peace was there for the making. The western powers, mainly its two most aggressive members, the USA and UK, pushed for war instead, and got it. Ever since that deeply cynical decision they have doubled down instead of settling every step of the way. Even knowing it was impossible for Russia to let NATO be on its doorstep and modern day Ukrainian Nazis torture their Russian-speaking family in the Donbass, the western powers set their face against compromise. They would fight Russia to the last Ukrainian.
With China, India, Brazil, Saudi Arabia and many otters happy to continue trading with Russia and maintaining friendly relations the western powers should have recognised their plans for Russia would come to nothing. This was confirmed also when due to expert handling of the situation Russia actually profited from the sanctions regime that the US, UK and EU attempted to impose upon it. This was a double whammy for those powers. Yet would they recognise they were onto a losing bet? They would not. Like a desperate gambler who has lost big in the casino they simply kept on doubling down.
Now, with the last few throws of the dice, the F16s and a pointless and ultimately counter-productive incursion by the Ukrainian army into Russia’s Kursk region, the metaphorical casino’s management are about to give the western powers the bum’s rush. Yet the well-heeled and cosseted politicians of the West have many ways to escape the humiliation they richly deserve. Like Blair and bush after the Iraq debacle they will manage to voice some weasel words, write their memoirs and more or less retire into semi-obscurity. The blood on their hands will be antiseptically removed, no one in tier circles will mention Ukraine again, they will practice their smiles, crack a few jokes and pretend the whole thing never happened.
Over in what’s left of Ukraine with a decimated population, a destroyed economy and a traumatized majority vainly trying to earn a crust or else seeking to escape its borders, there will be few smiles and certainly no back-slapping to match that which the guilty in the West continue to receive. With tens of thousands comprised of walking wounded, with one in five families having experienced a bereavement and a whole generation of young men lost, what kind of an existence will people have there? Will there be champagne parties as the elites of Washington will continue to enjoy? Hardly. The people will be unable to forget unlike the designer-suited mass murderers of Washington, Whitehall and Brussels. The vast flag-strewn graveyards the western elites bequeathed them won’t let them.
