“Ukraine. What is the truth...?
Why won’t western media tell both sides…?”
VIRTUALLY UNREPORTED ATROCITY IN LUGANSK, 2nd JUNE 2014
A lot has been said about atrocities in the western media claimed to have been perpetrated by the Russians, for example at Bucha and Mariupol among others. These assertions are conveyed on the say so of the Ukrainian authorities. How willing though are western news broadcasters to convey atrocities attributed to the Ukrainians? The following will I think provide the answer.
If anyone wonders if they are receiving accurate coverage of the conflict in Ukraine I would suggest watching the video below of an event which occurred on the 2nd of June 2014 and ask themselves if they recall hearing about it on any mainstream media news channel at the time.
The video is harrowing to watch. The bodies (five women and three men) are real. Yet across western media there was only one single news report that occurred a day later. This was from CNN and occurred only because a CNN team happened to be nearby at the time of the atrocity and so the network could hardly ignore it as all others so obviously did.
The video below shows the unvarnished truth that was not considered newsworthy in western mainstream news.
THE SINGLE WESTERN MSM REPORT ON THE LUGANSK ATROCITY, 3rd JUNE 2014
The video at the CNN link below is the crime scene sanitised by CNN, though played straight with honest reporting on the scene not playing things to Kiev’s tune.
(There was a time early in the war in the Donbass when CNN were not afraid to contradict the Ukrainian regime in Kiev.) Watch, because it's the first and last time you will see this.

West has declared ‘war without rules’ on Russia – Medvedev.
There should be virtually no limits on how Moscow retaliates for the “maximum damage,” the former president has argued.
Moscow should use every opportunity to inflict “maximum damage” on Western nations that have declared a “war without rules” on Russia, former president Dmitry Medvedev has argued.
Every weakness of the US and its allies should be exploited to undermine them and obstruct life for their citizens, the Russian official said on Thursday, reacting to the latest round of sanctions announced by Washington earlier this week.
”Are they afraid that we would transfer our arms to the enemies of the Western world? We should send every kind of weapon, except nuclear (for now)!” Medvedev wrote on social media. “Are they afraid of anarchy and crime waves in large cities? We should help disrupt their municipal authorities!”
Russia could trigger a war in space, wage a psychological warfare campaign against Western citizens so that they “tremble under blankets in their cozy homes” and unleash a tsunami of fake news “to turn their life into a never-ending nightmare, in which they cannot distinguish reality from the wildest fiction.”
Moscow should “obliterate their energy infrastructure, industry, transport, banking and social services. Instil fear over an imminent collapse of all critical infrastructure,” according to Medvedev, who currently serves as deputy chair of the Russian Security Council.
The latest round of American restrictions against Russian entities targets energy, metals and mining as well as the financial sector. Among other things, it has forced the Moscow Stock Exchange to suspend all trade in the US dollar and the euro.
The package is one of the biggest since the Ukraine conflict escalated into open hostilities in February 2022, impacting over $100 million in trade between Russia and its foreign partners, according to estimate from the US Department of the Treasury.
Medvedev claimed that a campaign of “maximum damage” as outlined in his post was preferable to simply ignoring the Western pressure, and urged Russian citizens to act accordingly.

Russia considers easing visa rules.
Tourist entry permits should be made cheaper or entirely abolished, the deputy minister of economic development has said.
Russia’s Ministry of Economic Development has suggested significantly easing entry visa rules for tourists visiting the country, Deputy Minister Dmitry Vakhrukov has revealed.
A visa on arrival should be introduced in Russia, “not for everybody, but for specific countries, towards which we are oriented,” Deputy Minister Dmitry Vakhrukov said at the ‘Let’s Travel! Russian Tourism Forum’ in Moscow on Thursday.
The country’s authorities should also make the “important and fundamental decision” to allow Russia to simplify visa requirements for other nations on a unilateral basis, he insisted.
It is needed so that “we could – at our own discretion - make our country visa-free for certain states,” the deputy minister of economic development explained.

According to Vakhrukov, his ministry and other government agencies are discussing lowering tariffs and prolonging the period of both regular visas and electronic visas, which became available to Russia-bound tourists last August.
The introduction of a multiple-entry visa that remains valid for 15 months or even two years could also help increase the flow of visitors to the country, he explained.

The duration of the visas issued to tourists should also take into account seasonal factors, the official stressed. “For example, for China and the Middle East, there are different periods when tourism to Russia is at maximum demand,” he said. The Chinese usually visit in January and February when the Chinese New Year is celebrated, while the Middle Easterners come in December, July and August, Vakhrukov explained.
On Wednesday, Russia’s Minister of Economic Development Maksim Reshetnikov said that the tourist flow to the country during the January-April period had increased 40%-year-on-year.
According to the minister, over 400,000 foreigners have visited Russia by obtaining electronic visas over the past ten months. Visa-free group tours are also available to visitors from China and Iran, he said, adding that talks are underway to introduce a similar program with India.
There are no longer a significant number of flights between Russia and Europe, as a result of the Western sanctions which were imposed on Moscow over the Ukraine conflict. As a result, the country’s tourist industry has switched its focus to Asia and the Middle East.
The Ministry of Economic Development said earlier that it is seeking to boost the number of foreign visitors coming to Russia, mainly from those regions, to 16 million by 2030. Reshetnikov announced last month that mutual tourist flow between Russia and China exceeded 1.2 million last year; there are plans to increase it to 2 million in 2024.

MULTIPOLARITY - RUSSIA-CHINA / BRICS
Russia Seeks to ‘Democratize’ Global Development Through BRICS.
The economic bloc founded by Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa is seeking to more evenly spread global economic growth.
Russia is taking the lead in efforts to spread the benefits of global economic development among all countries, according to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
Lavrov discussed the creation of a new financial platform that will allow member states to conduct transactions in their own national currencies.
“[BRICS is] actively working to implement the decisions of the Johannesburg summit last year, particularly when it comes to improving the international monetary and financial system, developing a platform for settlements in national currencies in mutual trade,” he said at a summit of the bloc’s top diplomats.
“Our agenda is extensive. It includes issues that will directly affect the future world order based on fair grounds,” he added.
The development is significant as it accelerates pre-existing efforts by countries at the bilateral level. BRICS now includes nine member states after the accession of Iran, Egypt, Ethiopia and the United Arab Emirates to the bloc last year.
Dozens more countries are reportedly interested in joining the group, meaning a significant portion of global trade could be conducted without the US dollar within just a few short years. Economist and academic Linwood Tauheed joined Sputnik’s The Critical Hour program Thursday to discuss the development.
“This sounds like a great idea,” said host Wilmer Leon. “It sounds like it will enable smaller countries to have more stability in their economies and provide a balance in world trade as the world moves off of the dollar.”
“Yes, not only is it a better idea than the current system where the dollar is the currency of transaction, [but] it's not a new idea,” said Tauheed. “This is an idea that was proposed by John Maynard Keynes during the Bretton Woods meetings that eventually ended up with the dollar as the reserve currency.”
“In 2009 the governor of the People's Bank of China re-raised the issue of using the Bancor and using the IMF as the vehicle for doing that,” he added, using Keynes’ term for his proposed process of settling imbalances between countries trading in their own currencies. “That was, of course, rejected in 2009. What is interesting is that the BRICS was also initiated in 2009. And so it seems as if the Chinese had this idea of bringing back the Bancor at least as early as 2009, and understood that the West would not go for it, but they would go forward with their own design.”
The proposed system would create a Bancor-like mechanism whereby countries that accumulate an excess in foreign currencies would be granted credits to be used in trade. The BRICS bloc’s consideration of the idea suggests such a system could come about voluntarily, with BRICS members adopting the practice as the bloc gradually expands.
Currently the United States benefits though the US dollar’s status as the world’s global reserve currency, traditionally used in the purchase of oil and other commodities. The arrangement stabilizes the country’s currency and has allowed it to pursue massive deficit spending. A system that uses various currencies would work to more evenly distribute the benefits of using countries’ currency in global trade, Tauheed explained.
“The strength of the dollar is based on the demand for dollars,” the economist noted. “If the demand for dollars decreases because countries are able to buy in their own national currency, then the strength of the dollar relative to other currencies decreases because demand goes down. That means that the demand for other currencies goes up.”
“There's a democratization of the power of money in the international sphere,” he said. “And, of course, one of the issues of the BRICS is to democratize this process of developing so that it's not a few countries that benefit from trade, but all countries benefit from trade.”
BRICS member states have enjoyed impressive economic growth in recent years, with Russia’s GDP expanding at a faster rate than any G7 nation. Meanwhile China’s GDP is set to grow at a healthy 5% in 2024, and India’s GDP growth is reported to approach 7%.

VICTORY BELONGS TO RUSSIA: IT IS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME
Each day that passes makes a conclusive Russian victory in the Donbass and beyond more certain. As Russia bolsters her forces, and weaponry, those of Ukraine decrease. Russian forces gain ready access to rest and recuperation as troop numbers increase. The increasingly exhausted and demoralised Ukrainian troops have an ever decreasing prospect of such respite. This situation is likely to bring them to complete breakdown as Russia unleashes the firepower of the more modern and advanced weaponry that is arriving with the newly mobilised Russian troops.
The various Ukrainian offensives are now weak when confronted by the reinforced Russian lines. A few futile efforts achieve quite miserable results before fire reigns down on the Ukrainian troops and they are forced back to their starting positions.
And now, all this being said, we have arrived at the wet, and later, freezing conditions where these pathetic Ukrainian forces will be subject to myriad forms of abject misery with death and injury all around them while they lie sodden or frozen, abandoned to their fate by Kiev.
The pitiable young and old of Ukraine have been frogmarched to their deaths as cannon-fodder while the bestial elites of the collective West urge their "president" to add more to their number there at the gates of Hell and their doom. We must feel for the majority of them as they are not the Nazis we revile, in most part they are decent men, fathers, sons, brothers, husband and uncles, who no doubt saw through the coup of 2014 for what it was. But sadly, their fate seems sealed.
Nothing will stop Russia now. Every factor favours them. Victory will be Russia's. In Donbass and beyond and in due course across the world.
Victory belongs to Russia: It is now only a matter of time.

IS THE WEST *REALLY* THE BEST?
We are constantly encouraged to believe we in the West are the crown of creation, that we live in the elite and thoroughly exceptional kingdom of the western world. How does this compare to reality?
Presumably you have seen the state of some U.S. streets in recent times. Not just the tent cities or people sleeping in their cars (and these are people with jobs) in gated car parks. No doubt you are aware of the ongoing situation there regarding illegal drug use, drugs such as Fentanyl that can reduce human beings to virtual zombies.
Then there is the field of politics. Biden vs. Trump, Sunak vs. Starmer. These are the best the USA and UK can do apparently. Impressed? As for the political systems of both lands… what do you make of the crowded middle ground where both parties seek ownership of the banal middle ground where elites love to congregate?
Are the endless war policies across the western world from Washington to London to Brussels and beyond to your taste? Wasn’t diplomacy supposed to be the way to go so that military conflicts could be contained and not allowed to spread? No more it seems.
How is your infrastructure doing, your health services, your schools, roads and the social network of life in general. Are things improving or worsening? Do you find your life becoming ever more affordable, more stress free and generally on an upward trajectory? Or the reverse?
As you look at other regions of the world how do they compare? If you have travelled at all you will undoubtedly have compared what you left behind with what you find in those foreign lands. How are their life prospects compared to yours? Naturally there will be placed where the comparison favours back home but what about those so-called enemies of the West, China and Russia. Have you ventured to either recently? No graffiti, no litter, well-dressed, well-behaved, apparently happy people, excellent infrastructure whether we are talking of their transport systems or a large range of other facilities and services.
With western influence in the world waning and the same opportunities for western exploitation of others or their manipulation to secure and build our power bases within them, and with greater resistance to our ‘West is Best’ attitude, do you find the prospects for increased affluence, greater leisure time and ever-enhancing opportunities in the West realistic?
The daily grind in the West for most is reaching abominable levels. Depression, discontent, suicide, drug-use (both legal and illegal), an ever disintegrating effect on traditions and cultures once held dear, things are looking bleak an headed for an anything goes woke liberalism where nothing is sacred nor stable any more. An anything goes mentality of flux and anarchic chaos appears destined to prevail from here on out.
This as other parts of the world hold fast to their cultural traditions and mores that have stood the test of time and show a clear resolve not to go down the reckless path to a place where nothing much can be relied upon any more. There you can find the stability and predictability that is fast leaving the western world. There parents define what it is to live in safety and in an aura of mental health for their children. They teach their children, showing them each jigsaw piece of life with a defined edge that they can fit into the picture overall. Increasingly in the West there is no overall picture therefore parents offer their children jigsaw pieces with no defined edges which cannot possibly give any child an overall picture with which to live a happy, productive and life integrated with all others. They stand alone, confused. Perhaps with peers who advocate becoming transgender as a way to garner some kind of identity in a milieu absent of any defined rules.
Which society do you think survives best in the long run? Perhaps look at the evidence. Take a look around the world if you can. If you can’t afford to be there bodily, at least travel via the internet and delve as deep as possible into each culture, environment, social milieu and economic level. Take a good look around and compare.
