A lot has been said about atrocities in the western media claimed to have been perpetrated by the Russians, for example at Bucha and Mariupol among others. These assertions are conveyed on the say so of the Ukrainian authorities. How willing though are western news broadcasters to convey atrocities attributed to the Ukrainians? The following will I think provide the answer.
If anyone wonders if they are receiving accurate coverage of the conflict in Ukraine I would suggest watching the video below of an event which occurred on the 2nd of June 2014 and ask themselves if they recall hearing about it on any mainstream media news channel at the time.
The video is harrowing to watch. The bodies (five women and three men) are real. Yet across western media there was only one single news report that occurred a day later. This was from CNN and occurred only because a CNN team happened to be nearby at the time of the atrocity and so the network could hardly ignore it as all others so obviously did.
The video below shows the unvarnished truth that was not considered newsworthy in western mainstream news.

Ukraine’s conscription drive ‘increasingly deceitful, coercive and violent’ – The Times.
Kiev is resorting to dirty tactics in its efforts to bolster its troops, the British newspaper reports.
Ukraine’s mobilization campaign is falling far short of targets, while the effort remains marred by violence, mistrust and rampant corruption, The Times reported on Thursday, citing local officials.
According to the paper, Kiev has so far called up about one million soldiers and plans to increase that number by another 200,000 by the end of the year, but that mark remains difficult to reach. Moreover, “efforts to boost conscription are becoming increasingly deceitful, coercive and violent,” the outlet noted, citing the example of an Odessa conscript who was technically exempt from the service due to a chronic kidney condition, but was lured to the conscription office and sent to a training base anyway.
An unnamed conscription officer in Odessa told The Times that “we’re not mobilizing even 20% of what is required.” He noted that there is little enthusiasm among potential soldiers to respond to the summons, while his department is plagued by corruption, mismanagement and disillusionment. The bribes, the officer, added, can reach thousands of dollars while staff shortage means that employees have to perform multiple duties at once, including patrolling the streets. In addition, employees are threatened with being sent to the front if they underperform.
In other cases, many of those who answer the mobilization call are often found to be unfit for service due to serious health conditions, including tuberculosis, hepatitis or HIV, the Times’ source said.
Meanwhile, a 47-year-old Ukrainian recalled that he was eager to be called up and go to the front early in the conflict, but was denied at the time, and now has no desire to do so. “Our government doesn’t support soldiers. They don’t have proper equipment and are forgotten about if they get injured,” the man explained.
This spring, faced with mounting losses, Kiev lowered the draft age from 27 to 25, and significantly tightened mobilization rules, obliging potential service members to report to conscription offices for “data validation,” which in practice often means a ticket to the front.
As Ukraine’s mobilization campaign intensified, so did draft evasion, filling social media with videos of recruiters trying to catch eligible men on the streets, in gyms, and in shopping malls, sometimes leading to clashes.

Demonstrators in Berlin have called for a ceasefire between Moscow and Kiev, and efforts to end the Mideast conflict.
Thousands of people have taken to the streets of Berlin to protest against arms deliveries to Ukraine and Israel, while expressing concern about a possible nuclear escalation, according to local media and videos posted on social media.
The rally, organized by various pro-peace and left-wing groups, began on Thursday, coinciding with German Unity Day, which marks the unification of West Germany and communist East Germany in 1990.
Protesters carried banners with the messages “Peace,” “Never again war”, and “Diplomats instead of grenades,” with some messages expressing solidarity with the Palestinians, and calling for an “end to the occupation terror,” in an apparent reference to Israel’s ground operation in Gaza.
Several demonstrators were seen carrying Russian and Palestinian flags. One banner featured a Russian, Ukrainian and German flag with the word “friendship” underneath, while another denounced Olaf Scholz as the “Bomb chancellor”.
Organizers have claimed more than 40,000 people took part, while police have said it was “in the low five figure range,” according to Deutsche Welle. Law enforcement said the protests passed without major incidents.

Left-wing firebrand Sahra Wagenknecht, who leads her own recently formed Sahra Wagenknecht Alliance (BSW) party, was among the high-profile attendees. Addressing the crowd, she stressed the need for talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin to resolve the Ukraine conflict. “I find it so annoying when people always come at us with their big morals saying you can’t talk to Putin for moral reasons,” she said.
Wagenknecht went on to blast the German government for following the US lead on foreign policy, and warned against the deployment of American intermediate-range missiles in the country.
She also addressed the Israel-Hamas war, saying: “anyone who remains silent about the terrible war crimes in Gaza… don’t tell me that you are moral. This is hypocrisy. This terrible war must also be finally put to an end.”

'The Myth of America is Over': US, Israel Reportedly Downplay Level of Destruction by Iran.
The report added that 20 missiles struck the Nevatim Airbase, in central Israel, and that at least two missiles landed near Tel Aviv in Cinema City Glilot, Hod Hasharon, which is close to Israel’s Mossad spy agency headquarters.
At least two dozen long-range Iranian ballistic missiles were able to break through both Israeli and other Western air defenses on Tuesday night, the Washington Post reported. The missiles struck or landed near at least three military and intelligence installations, a review of videos and photos of the attack and its aftermath showed.
“The findings raise questions about the full scope of the damage to Israeli military bases and suggest that Iran was more successful in evading Israel’s defenses than in April,” the report wrote.
The Pentagon declined to comment on the report’s findings, the Post said. And the Israeli military did not respond to a request for comment, either. Phil Kelly, a political commentator and socialist activist based in Belfast joined Sputnik’s Political Misfits on Friday, and suggested that Western media is “struggling” to “give credence to Israeli propaganda”.
“...it's interesting when the Washington Post [...] newspaper, which is not a go-to read for me anymore, is starting to find itself struggling to give credence to Israeli propaganda and more and more things you’re starting to find that where the lurid kind of propaganda of the Israeli regime is just too much. It's, the stenographers at the Washington Post and various Western media just struggle to bring themselves to go that far because of its ridiculousness,” Kelly explained.
“It's clear Israel was hit hard. The Iron Dome was not so secure that Iran made a point and will probably be forced to make further points, I would imagine, because Israel is hell-bent on escalation. It wants to drag other parties into this abyss with it,” he added.
Using commercial satellite imagery, researchers have identified more than 30 points where Iranian missiles may have impacted an air base in southern Israel, a report from NHPR (New Hampshire and NPR) revealed. The images showed damaged hangars, buildings, taxiways and a crater on one of the runways at Nevatim Airbase, the report writes.
Sputnik’s Michelle Witte also noted that the US has a law that dates back to the 1990s which restricts the quality of commercial satellite imagery that US companies can sell if they depict Israel and Israeli-occupied Palestinian territories. An unusually specific restriction, she added, that seems to give Israel a special level of protection other countries do not receive from the US.
“But, in terms of that special relationship, it shouldn't shock anyone when you look at the Israeli lobby that basically owns [the US] political system. It would seem that it would go to these lengths to stop people looking under the rock that is Israel, stop people seeing the reality of the situation, whether it is how much damage they've sustained or the mass graves that they are filling with innocent civilians.”
“...when Israel commits its crimes, when Israel commits its invasion, when Israel keeps bombing different sovereign countries, the response of the West is to help them cover it up, help them help their propaganda dominate, make sure it's the Israeli narrative that we hear and do not allow people to see the truth of what is unfolding in this conflict. It should set alarm bells ringing," the analyst added.
At least 215 people in the US are believed to be dead as a result of the recent storm, Hurricane Helene. In May, NOAA National Weather Service forecasters at the Climate Prediction Center predicted above-normal hurricane activity in the Atlantic basin this year. Despite their prediction, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas announced this week that the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will not have enough funds to last the rest of the hurricane season.
Yet, just a week ago, Israel announced that it had secured an $8.7 billion aid package from the US to support its military goals.
“The reality is that most US politicians, when they talk about putting country before politics, they're talking about Israel,” Kelly explained. “And that should really enrage ordinary US citizens who have struggled for a long time, seeing that their living standards drop and wondering why in hell your government is sending billions of dollars to a racist, colonial regime, a small regime in the Middle East, which is committing genocide…”

VICTORY BELONGS TO RUSSIA: IT IS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME
Each day that passes makes a conclusive Russian victory in the Donbass and beyond more certain. As Russia bolsters her forces, and weaponry, those of Ukraine decrease. Russian forces gain ready access to rest and recuperation as troop numbers increase. The increasingly exhausted and demoralised Ukrainian troops have an ever decreasing prospect of such respite. This situation is likely to bring them to complete breakdown as Russia unleashes the firepower of the more modern and advanced weaponry that is arriving with the newly mobilised Russian troops.
The various Ukrainian offensives are now weak when confronted by the reinforced Russian lines. A few futile efforts achieve quite miserable results before fire reigns down on the Ukrainian troops and they are forced back to their starting positions.
And now, all this being said, we have arrived at the wet, and later, freezing conditions where these pathetic Ukrainian forces will be subject to myriad forms of abject misery with death and injury all around them while they lie sodden or frozen, abandoned to their fate by Kiev.
The pitiable young and old of Ukraine have been frogmarched to their deaths as cannon-fodder while the bestial elites of the collective West urge their "president" to add more to their number there at the gates of Hell and their doom. We must feel for the majority of them as they are not the Nazis we revile, in most part they are decent men, fathers, sons, brothers, husband and uncles, who no doubt saw through the coup of 2014 for what it was. But sadly, their fate seems sealed.
Nothing will stop Russia now. Every factor favours them. Victory will be Russia's. In Donbass and beyond and in due course across the world.
Victory belongs to Russia: It is now only a matter of time.

For how long now can we in the West look on (or look away) quietly tolerating all the evils done in our name?
It must surely be clear to most now that western politicians are fomenting ever more wars in a last ditch attempt to win back their fast declining ability to dominate our planet. Whether they truly believe in their statements espousing a noble quest to bring freedom, human rights and democracy to all, or their actions are purely self-interested, the fact is their incessant aggressive use of diverse means of attack on other nations is now proving counterproductive.
The limit to which populations round the world, for whatever reason, ignore the belligerent and destructive tactics of the West to maintain its domination over others is now being regularly breached. The genocidal war the Israeli elites are waging against the Palestinians and now the Lebanese and Iranians, staunchly supported by the West may well be the last straw. The reputation of the West for subversion of targeted states and its insistence on using violence in pursuit of its aims appears to have blackened the name of the USA and its allies to an even greater degree than before.
The long list of western military attacks upon weaker states, the covert dirty wars waged by the CIA and its counterparts across the West and the general untrustworthiness of western governments in respect of their “diplomatic” tactics make the western allies the greatest threat to world peace. This fact has been obvious for a good half century and more, yet a mass media kow-towing constantly to western political elites have provided an effective shield of conditioning keeping western populations virtually blind to this fact.
Now however, the stark evidence of the West fomenting discord and violence in its own self-interest has been revealed for all to see. Driving the Ukrainians to fight and die for its geopolitical ambition to re-establish itself as the dominant world power, assisting the Nazi-like Netanyahu to perpetrate mass murder in Gaza and in general seeking to destabilize multiple nations and regions worldwide all in its own interest has opened the eyes of the world to its iniquity. It is unlikely that those eyes can be made to close as in the past by the conditioning efforts of western mass media. The ugly beast beneath the false mask of pretended sanctity has been revealed and can no longer be concealed.
That millions have been enjoined to ignore what has gone on in the West by modern day versions of the distractions used in the past, those of ‘Bread and circuses’ is unsurprising and has worked extremely effectively during the past decade or two when western nations have busied themselves with mass murder and destruction in the Middle East. Most people would much rather be distracted by pleasurable activities than directed toward excruciatingly horrifying events… even if they are told they are fully justified by a litany of lies from politicians and their media whores. It’s just human nature and it suits western nations well.
Again however, the lid has come completely off Pandora’s box. What is seen now cannot be unseen. The slaughter of tens of thousands of Palestinian children can hardly be easily consigned to some memory hole. The awful reality stares us right in the face nightly that those politicians we see being questioned ever so politely on our TV screens are mass murderers and complicit in acts of mass murder that cannot easily be excused as they might have been before. If millions have not been shocked awake by current realities in Ukraine and Palestine then we must expect that they never will be. I am confident however, that the present shock and awfulness of western acts of violence perpetrated through their Israeli and Ukrainian proxies will instead have the desired effect.
The populations of the nations of the western world who have acted in complicity with the world’s foremost terrorist nation, the United States in the events of mass murder, both in the past and present times, with a clear-eyed focus must now act to drag the monsters leading them from power. Some talk of ‘The Zelensky Curse’ that has begun this process. This will, with any luck, be joined by ‘The Netanyahu Curse’. Western populations we must hope are now fully awake to the evils that have been perpetrated by their political elites due to the evils they are committing on a daily basis in the present. It is time they were all swept away in a purge of all the hawks, warmongers, neocons and other mental savages that have led us for far too long now. It is finally time to sweep all the rot away… and finally begin anew.
