A lot has been said about atrocities in the western media claimed to have been perpetrated by the Russians, for example at Bucha and Mariupol among others. These assertions are conveyed on the say so of the Ukrainian authorities. How willing though are western news broadcasters to convey atrocities attributed to the Ukrainians? The following will I think provide the answer.
If anyone wonders if they are receiving accurate coverage of the conflict in Ukraine I would suggest watching the video below of an event which occurred on the 2nd of June 2014 and ask themselves if they recall hearing about it on any mainstream media news channel at the time.
The video is harrowing to watch. The bodies (five women and three men) are real. Yet across western media there was only one single news report that occurred a day later. This was from CNN and occurred only because a CNN team happened to be nearby at the time of the atrocity and so the network could hardly ignore it as all others so obviously did.
The video below shows the unvarnished truth that was not considered newsworthy in western mainstream news.

Years of “vicious persecution” of Wikileaks founder Julian Assange show that Washington will go to any lengths to escape justice for its crimes, former Pink Floyd bassist Roger Waters has told RT in an exclusive interview, aired on Monday.
His words came as Assange struck a deal with Washington and pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to obtain and disseminate national defense information at a US court in Saipan. He was then sentenced to five years – time he has already served in London’s Belmarsh maximum security prison – and then set free and allowed to return to his native Australia.
The US also agreed to drop its request for extradition but demanded that Assange instruct WikiLeaks to destroy classified information stored on its servers or devices.

Washington just uses the national security facade to silence journalists, Waters told RT, commenting on the developments. “That’s exactly what it is,” he said. The persecution of Assange had the aim of dissuading other journalists from following in his footsteps and publishing information that Washington would very much like to keep secret, he believes.
“The way that he was treated by both the US and the UK government is absolutely appalling,” the musician said. “What they have done in their treatment of Assange is they have freely and openly admitted to the rest of the world that they don't give a fig for the rule of law,” Waters stated, adding that the “rules-based order” Washington likes to talk about is nothing but the ability of the US to impose its will on others without any resistance.
The former Pink Floyd frontman also talked about the Ukraine conflict and said the West’s “saber-rattling” is “insane” as it risks another “world war.” The conflict between Moscow and Kiev could have been avoided entirely if the West had been “prepared to negotiate and listen to both sides of the conversation,” he told RT.

Kiev is reportedly in no shape for offensive operations and has turned to recruiting from prisons.
The government in Kiev can’t hope to launch offensive operations without more manpower, but even prison recruiting has fallen short of its needs, according to reporting by the Wall Street Journal and Die Welt.
According to the US-based Journal, neither Ukraine nor Russia appears poised for a decisive breakthrough.
“For Ukraine, after last summer’s failed counteroffensive, the task for now is to use fresh Western weapons to hold on to positions,” the outlet said on Monday.
Kiev has “little prospect of achieving much more than holding the front line in the coming months,” and has chosen to strike at Crimea with long-range missiles supplied by the US instead, the Journal noted.
According to one unnamed Western security official, Kiev has been able to replace losses and build up some reserves, but need “several times more to launch any kind of major offensive.”
While the Journal’s anonymous sources seemed confident that Ukraine was holding its own along the battlefield, Die Welt Am Sonntag appeared less convinced.

The Russian army “has the initiative on all fronts,” according to the German outlet. Ukraine’s biggest problem is the lack of troops, Die Welt continued, because “since the beginning of the war, the country has lost a six-figure number of soldiers who have been killed or wounded.”
In order to make up the losses and generate new brigades, Ukraine needs at least 200,000 troops by the end of the year, or 50,000 per quarter, but has “fallen well short of these numbers” in recent months, Die Welt was told by anonymous European security officials.
The latest mobilization scheme hopes to get up to 10,000 recruits from prisons, under a law approved by Kiev in May. So far, 2,800 convicts have enlisted into the military, Die Welt said, quoting Ukrainian government numbers.
Convicts have been promised six months of proper training and a monthly salary of around 100,000 hryvnia (almost $2,500), more if they serve in front-line ‘assault brigades’. One convict, identified only as Yuri, said he would still not enlist.
“The concern is that we will be thrown to the front as cannon fodder and used up in the first wave,” he told the German outlet. “Because many people think of prisoners as the dregs of society.”
Russian President Vladimir Putin recently estimated Ukraine’s losses at 50,000 a month, of which about half were irretrievable, noting that Russian casualties were five times lower.

VICTORY BELONGS TO RUSSIA: IT IS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME
Each day that passes makes a conclusive Russian victory in the Donbass and beyond more certain. As Russia bolsters her forces, and weaponry, those of Ukraine decrease. Russian forces gain ready access to rest and recuperation as troop numbers increase. The increasingly exhausted and demoralised Ukrainian troops have an ever decreasing prospect of such respite. This situation is likely to bring them to complete breakdown as Russia unleashes the firepower of the more modern and advanced weaponry that is arriving with the newly mobilised Russian troops.
The various Ukrainian offensives are now weak when confronted by the reinforced Russian lines. A few futile efforts achieve quite miserable results before fire reigns down on the Ukrainian troops and they are forced back to their starting positions.
And now, all this being said, we have arrived at the wet, and later, freezing conditions where these pathetic Ukrainian forces will be subject to myriad forms of abject misery with death and injury all around them while they lie sodden or frozen, abandoned to their fate by Kiev.
The pitiable young and old of Ukraine have been frogmarched to their deaths as cannon-fodder while the bestial elites of the collective West urge their "president" to add more to their number there at the gates of Hell and their doom. We must feel for the majority of them as they are not the Nazis we revile, in most part they are decent men, fathers, sons, brothers, husband and uncles, who no doubt saw through the coup of 2014 for what it was. But sadly, their fate seems sealed.
Nothing will stop Russia now. Every factor favours them. Victory will be Russia's. In Donbass and beyond and in due course across the world.
Victory belongs to Russia: It is now only a matter of time.

WILL THE COLLECTIVE WEST INITIATE THE END OF THE WORLD?
What circumstances could bring an end to all life on our planet? All it would take would be for the collective west, having dispensed with diplomacy, determining then to fight to the death.
The fractures are deep and only getting deeper, the scars appear permanent with no reparative tissue evident. Why, after all the progress humanity has made in rising above barbarity, do we find ourselves on the brink of destruction?
In the Middle East Israel has brought itself into a position where its only recourse, as it goes down for the final time, is to use nuclear weapons. In Ukraine the USA, UK an EU have brought themselves also into a position where in response to total defeat against Russia they may also use nuclear weapons.
Israel is the pawn of the West as is Ukraine. These are the links that may yet cause a chain reaction to occur. Neither the West, Israel or Ukraine contemplates a diplomatic, but only a military solution to that which confronts them. Neither are at all used to defeat. And that could be fatal for all of us.
Israel determined never to let the Palestinians have their own state. Ukraine determined never to allow its Russian-speaking population have the limited sovereignty of autonomy. These policies were not subject to review and those enforcing them did no contemplate any plan B, only military force. As is said, those who live by the sword, die by the sword. And so it is proving.
To be immovable in the face of an inexorable force brings disaster upon all. To have no wish, desire or intent whatsoever to employ diplomacy invites continually building resistance and ultimately disaster. Both the Palestinians and the Russian-speakers of Ukraine will never give up on their right to govern their own land free of threat and violence against them. The Israelis and the western powers ought to have known this as they continued their repression of both these populations.
With diplomacy being regarded all across the West due to the overweening influence of the USA after 9/11 instability and disaster were inevitable. In its campaign against Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya and Syria and its intended attack on Iran the USA and its proxies ensured that the entire world security system, such as it was to that point, could no longer be sustained. All else that we see occurring today was set in motion. With rendition to black sites, torture, the use of jihadi fighters as proxies and any number of illegal, immoral and unlawful acts the USA and its allies undermined the entire international order.
In addition to the above western powers began to contemplate the strategic use of nuclear weapons in limited engagements. Nothing was considered ‘out of the box’ or ‘beyond question’ after 9/11. All means considered necessary were to be contemplated. And the primary goal due to which all these various dangerous and illegal means became contemplated was the shoring up of western power and manipulative control so damaged, or considered so, by 9/11.
In recent times it has appeared that the USA in particular, and with its proxies apparently fully agreeing, considered that no world at all was preferable to a world they could no longer control. Of course first, before contemplating such a scenario they will do absolutely everything in their power to weaken, and if possible destroy every enemy they perceive that poses a threat to their maintenance of power. The power they have held in their own hands alone since the dissolution of the Soviet Union. The thought that they could lose that level of power and control to any others is complete anathema to them. This is why they are willing to contemplate THE most powerful of all weapons against those enemies.
The crises in the Middle East and Eastern Europe are only symptoms of this greater struggle between the collective west (USA, UK, EU, Baltic States, Australia and New Zealand) against the world powers now rising that are clearly destined to steadily minimise its power and influence and to eventual neutralise and quarantine it.
In essence the collective west is fighting for its life and for what it considers its domain, the entirety of the planet.
What is it NOT willing to do in the fight to accomplish those aims?
