A lot has been said about atrocities in the western media claimed to have been perpetrated by the Russians, for example at Bucha and Mariupol among others. These assertions are conveyed on the say so of the Ukrainian authorities. How willing though are western news broadcasters to convey atrocities attributed to the Ukrainians? The following will I think provide the answer.
If anyone wonders if they are receiving accurate coverage of the conflict in Ukraine I would suggest watching the video below of an event which occurred on the 2nd of June 2014 and ask themselves if they recall hearing about it on any mainstream media news channel at the time.
The video is harrowing to watch. The bodies (five women and three men) are real. Yet across western media there was only one single news report that occurred a day later. This was from CNN and occurred only because a CNN team happened to be nearby at the time of the atrocity and so the network could hardly ignore it as all others so obviously did.
The video below shows the unvarnished truth that was not considered newsworthy in western mainstream news.

Russia’s absence means the negotiations in Davos could not have produced any concrete results, Dmitry Peskov has said.
Top officials from dozens of countries who met in Switzerland to discuss Ukraine’s ‘peace formula’ were engaged in a completely useless endeavor without Russian participation, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Monday.
On Sunday, national security advisers from 81 nations and international organizations gathered in Davos ahead of the World Economic Forum to talk about a 10-point initiative floated by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky in October 2022 to end hostilities with Russia.
The plan calls for the withdrawal of Russian troops from the territory Kiev claims as its own and insists on the creation of a tribunal to prosecute Moscow for alleged war crimes. Russia has dismissed the proposal as divorced from reality.
Commenting on the Davos meeting, Peskov called it “talking for the sake of talking,” reiterating that the same applied to previous rounds of talks in such a format. “This process is not aimed and cannot be aimed at achieving a concrete result for an obvious and simple reason – we are not there.”
Russia was also absent from previous discussions last year in Denmark, Saudi Arabia, and Malta. At the same time, Moscow has never categorically refused peace talks with Kiev, despite Zelensky signing a decree banning all negotiations with the current Russian leadership after four regions overwhelmingly voted to join Russia in the autumn of 2022.
Meanwhile, Bloomberg reported on Sunday that the Davos talks had ended “with no clear path forward” despite Ukraine’s hopes that it would be able to secure backing for its plan from members of the Global South, many of whom have proclaimed neutrality in the conflict. That was denied by Ukrainian officials, however, who nevertheless acknowledged differences of opinion among the meeting’s participants.
On Sunday, Swiss Foreign Minister Ignazio Cassis echoed Peskov’s remarks, arguing that any Ukraine peace talks should involve Russia in one way or another.

The attacks in Iraq and Syria were a reprisal for the January 3 Kerman bombing, the IRGC has said.
The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) says it used ballistic missiles against an ISIS base in Syria and a stronghold of the Israeli spy service Mossad in Iraq on Monday, in retaliation for recent terrorist bombings in Iran.
Two explosions killed almost 100 people in Kerman on January 3, as pilgrims gathered to honor the late General Qassem Soleimani, who was killed by the US in 2020. Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS) claimed responsibility. Last month, another suicide bombing in the town of Rask killed 11 Iranian police. It was blamed on the Pakistani-based group Jaish Al-Adl.
“In response to the recent crimes of the terrorist groups that unjustly martyred a group of our dear compatriots in Kerman and Rask, we have identified gathering places of commanders and elements of ISIS related to recent terrorist operations in the occupied territories of Syria and destroyed them by firing a number of ballistic missiles,” the IRGC said in a statement.
In a follow-up statement, the IRGC said it also used missiles against “one of the main espionage headquarters of the Zionist regime [Mossad] in the Kurdistan region of Iraq.”

The attack was “in response to the recent evils of the Zionist regime in martyring the commanders of the Revolutionary Guard Corps and the Resistance Front,” it added.
“We assure our beloved nation that the offensive operations of the IRGC will continue until the last drops of martyrs’ blood are avenged,” the group said.
While the announcements did not specify the location of either strike, reports from Iraq indicate that the missiles struck the city of Erbil. Iran has attacked alleged Israeli targets in Erbil before, in March 2022, in reprisal over airstrikes in Syria that killed two IRGC officers.
The suspected Mossad base was near the US consulate in Erbil, leading to mistaken reports that the Americans had been targeted.
An Iraqi security source told ABC News that four people were killed in Erbil, but that no American troops were among them. The same source said that “eight locations” near the US consulate had been hit.
Iranian media has circulated several videos purporting to show the missiles being launched. There were unconfirmed reports of multiple explosions and gunfire in Erbil, presumably from air defenses attempting to engage the incoming projectiles.

Free Russian wheat arrives in Cameroon.
The humanitarian grain is headed for the Central African Republic (CAR).
Some 25,000 tons of Russian humanitarian grain has been unloaded at the Douala autonomous port in Cameroon and sent to mills to make wheat flour, AfricanNews reported on Friday.
This will subsequently be transported to the neighboring Central African Republic (CAR).
“African states are appreciating Russia for its approach, its position, its way of doing things,” said Russia’s honorary consul in Douala, Jean Marie Tchuissang.
“Russia proposes a peer-to-peer partnership, exchanging ties that are a win-win for all parties.”
Last week, another 25,000-ton grain shipment destined for Zimbabwe arrived in the port of Beira, Mozambique.
The grain will be stored in the silos before being transported to Zimbabwe, where it will be packed and presented to the country’s president.
Some 50,000 tons of free Russian grain has been already delivered to Somalia and Eritrea. Mali and Burkina Faso are also expected to receive shipments.

The deliveries were promised by Russian President Vladimir Putin last July during the second Russia-Africa summit, when he undertook to send some 200,000 tons of free wheat to Burkina Faso, Zimbabwe, Mali, Somalia, CAR and Eritrea.

VICTORY BELONGS TO RUSSIA: IT IS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME
Each day that passes makes a conclusive Russian victory in the Donbass and beyond more certain. As Russia bolsters her forces, and weaponry, those of Ukraine decrease. Russian forces gain ready access to rest and recuperation as troop numbers increase. The increasingly exhausted and demoralised Ukrainian troops have an ever decreasing prospect of such respite. This situation is likely to bring them to complete breakdown as Russia unleashes the firepower of the more modern and advanced weaponry that is arriving with the newly mobilised Russian troops.
The various Ukrainian offensives are now weak when confronted by the reinforced Russian lines. A few futile efforts achieve quite miserable results before fire reigns down on the Ukrainian troops and they are forced back to their starting positions.
And now, all this being said, we have arrived at the wet, and later, freezing conditions where these pathetic Ukrainian forces will be subject to myriad forms of abject misery with death and injury all around them while they lie sodden or frozen, abandoned to their fate by Kiev.
The pitiable young and old of Ukraine have been frogmarched to their deaths as cannon-fodder while the bestial elites of the collective West urge their "president" to add more to their number there at the gates of Hell and their doom. We must feel for the majority of them as they are not the Nazis we revile, in most part they are decent men, fathers, sons, brothers, husband and uncles, who no doubt saw through the coup of 2014 for what it was. But sadly, their fate seems sealed.
Nothing will stop Russia now. Every factor favours them. Victory will be Russia's. In Donbass and beyond and in due course across the world.
Victory belongs to Russia: It is now only a matter of time.

THE COLLECTIVE WEST IS AT WAR WITH INTERNATIONAL LAW
Western powers decided post 9/11 that they MUST have an unimpeded right to strike wherever & whenever they saw fit without any restriction being placed upon them. This is why we are where we are now.
International law remains a barrier to the western powers doing as they wish across our planet. Though they have managed to ride roughshod across it many times in the past they would dearly like it to be dispensed with altogether.
Going through the United Nations each time a regime change is deemed necessary, or an act of war of any kind, is a time-consuming and frustrating nuisance for the USA and its allies. For it is the United Nations more than any other institution within which the various structures regarding international law are maintained, adjudicated and decided upon in reference to agreed principles.
Instead of international law as it is now accepted and protected via the United Nations, the USA and its allies are determined to replace it with what they call ‘The International Rules-Based Order’. The rules will be decided upon by them and the punishments for breaking those rules will also be decided upon by. There would then be no need to hesitate when plans are drawn up that involve acts which would previously have been seen as acts of war breaking international law.
What has been the timeline for this attempt to move decision making on the geopolitical stage from 193 nations to a small group of around a dozen?
After 9/11 the USA and its allies began to experience some resistance to their plans to attack seven or more nations. The list of seven nations to be targeted and dealt with via regime change was revealed to General Wesley Clark, a retired 4-star U.S. Army general who was Supreme Allied Commander of NATO during the 1999 war on Serbia.
The following is a transcript of part of an interview with Clark in 2007:
“About ten days after 9/11, I went through the Pentagon and I saw Secretary Rumsfeld and Deputy Secretary Wolfowitz. I went downstairs just to say hello to some of the people on the Joint Staff who used to work for me, and one of the generals called me in. He said, “Sir, you’ve got to come in and talk to me a second.” I said, “Well, you’re too busy.” He said, “No, no.” He says, “We’ve made the decision we’re going to war with Iraq.” This was on or about the 20th of September. I said, “We’re going to war with Iraq? Why?” He said, “I don’t know.” He said, “I guess they don’t know what else to do.” So I said, “Well, did they find some information connecting Saddam to al-Qaeda?” He said, “No, no.” He says, “There’s nothing new that way. They just made the decision to go to war with Iraq.” He said, “I guess it’s like we don’t know what to do about terrorists, but we’ve got a good military and we can take down governments.” And he said, “I guess if the only tool you have is a hammer, every problem has to look like a nail.”
So I came back to see him a few weeks later, and by that time we were bombing in Afghanistan. I said, “Are we still going to war with Iraq?” And he said, “Oh, it’s worse than that.” He reached over on his desk. He picked up a piece of paper. And he said, “I just got this down from upstairs” — meaning the Secretary of Defense’s office — “today.” And he said, “This is a memo that describes how we’re going to take out seven countries in five years, starting with Iraq, and then Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan and, finishing off, Iran.” I said, “Is it classified?” He said, “Yes, sir.” I said, “Well, don’t show it to me.” And I saw him a year or so ago, and I said, “You remember that?” He said, “Sir, I didn’t show you that memo! I didn’t show it to you!”
At the United Nations in the run up to the attack upon and invasion of Iraq the USA and its allies found it impossible to obtain the mandate they needed to do so legally. Despite bugging the phones of delegates and exerting massive pressure on them, in the end the world community as reflected within the United Nations refused to countenance the war the western powers desired to initiate. As we know they went ahead anyway asserting that they had the mandate they required from the UN when in fact they did not. The then Secretary General of the United Nations, Kofi Annan stated as much on the 15th of September 2004:
"I have indicated it was not in conformity with the UN charter. From our point of view and from the charter point of view it was illegal."
The USAand its allies learned the lesson then and there that to do what they wished, eliminate and replace at least seven governments worldwide they would have to find some way of by passing the UN in future in order to spare themselves the bad publicity of bypassing it and doing what they wanted anyway.
Thus the war against international law was initiated. Diplomacy as a method of maintaining the peace between nations was abandoned by these same nations concurrently with this war being waged. Diplomacy would only be yet another hindrance to their plans, so it was dispensed with. From now on there would be an approach where only threats and demands, not dialogue nor diplomacy would be used. We can see this in all approaches these nations use now where geopolitical problems for them arise. See Ukraine and Yemen in particular.
9/11 brought about an end to all efforts centred around keeping the peace. The new reality after 9/11 would be about the USA and its allies destroying enemies with scarce any thought about adverse consequences for others, or even for themselves. The necessity to destroy and replace all entities that could possibly represent a future threat to the USA overwhelmed all other considerations. It was to be all… or nothing from then on. All menders of fences, bridge-builders, diplomats and peacemakers could be dispensed with. Why talk with, or try to find common ground with those you are intent on destroying and replacing at the earliest possible moment?
In the days and weeks after 9/11 the sea change in U.S. foreign policy was obvious. It remains obvious to this day. No compromise need apply. There is no Plan B. Any entity that stands against the USA or those under its umbrella, will be attacked and eliminated. No quarter to be given, no matter the knock-on effect or the magnitude of the consequences. To the political elites of the USA and its allies international law was not even of secondary importance, truly it was no longer of any importance at all. In truth it was merely a hindrance and a concept they required to be disappeared. THEY would decide everything and act accordingly from now on, and they would call this ‘The Rules-Based International Order’.
