VIRTUALLY UNREPORTED ATROCITY IN LUGANSK, 2nd JUNE 2014
A lot has been said about atrocities in the western media claimed to have been perpetrated by the Russians, for example at Bucha and Mariupol among others. These assertions are conveyed on the say so of the Ukrainian authorities. How willing though are western news broadcasters to convey atrocities attributed to the Ukrainians? The following will I think provide the answer.
If anyone wonders if they are receiving accurate coverage of the conflict in Ukraine I would suggest watching the video below of an event which occurred on the 2nd of June 2014 and ask themselves if they recall hearing about it on any mainstream media news channel at the time.
The video is harrowing to watch. The bodies (five women and three men) are real. Yet across western media there was only one single news report that occurred a day later. This was from CNN and occurred only because a CNN team happened to be nearby at the time of the atrocity and so the network could hardly ignore it as all others so obviously did.
The video below shows the unvarnished truth that was not considered newsworthy in western mainstream news.

Kissinger makes Ukraine peace prediction.
With China involved, serious negotiations could begin by the end of the year, the elder statesman said.
Former US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger has told CBS News that the conflict in Ukraine may be approaching a turning point, and that Chinese-brokered peace talks could begin by the end of 2023.
"Now that China has entered the negotiation, it will come to a head, I think by the end of the year," the 99-year-old diplomat told CBS in an interview broadcast on Sunday. By that time, he continued, "we will be talking about negotiating processes and even actual negotiations."
With the release of its ‘Position on the Political Settlement of the Ukraine Crisis’ in February, China put itself forward as a potential mediator between Moscow and Kiev. The Chinese plan was rejected outright by the US and EU, while Russian President Vladimir Putin described some of its 12 points as “in tune” with Moscow’s position, and Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky welcomed only a handful of its points, but maintains that Kiev will not compromise with Russia in any way.
Zelensky’s refusal to negotiate with Putin’s government – the Ukrainian leader banned contact with the Kremlin in a decree last October – is just one stumbling block faced by China or any other potential middleman.
Russia considers the conflict in Ukraine a proxy war between itself and NATO, and Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said on Friday that any negotiations would not be held “with Zelensky, who is a puppet in the hands of the West, but directly with his masters.”
In Washington, the administration of President Joe Biden publicly claims that it is up to Ukraine to decide when to seek peace. Zelensky has been offered no incentives by the US to do so, with Biden offering to continue supplying him with weapons “for as long as it takes” to achieve his war aims. Among these aims is the capture of Crimea, a Russian territory since 2014. American military leaders have publicly admitted that the chances of this happening are slim to none.
Kissinger drew the ire of Kiev last year when he suggested that Ukraine should accept a return to the “status quo ante,” or relinquish its territorial claims to Crimea and grant autonomy to the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics, in the name of peace. He has since suggested that these territories become the basis of negotiations after a ceasefire and Russian withdrawal.
Moscow has repeatedly said that it is open to talks with Kiev but only if Ukraine “recognizes the reality on the ground,” including the new status of the regions of Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson, and Zaporozhye as parts of Russia. Otherwise, the Kremlin has stated, Russia will settle the conflict by military means.

I've been listening to Scott Ritter describe how things are for him and I suspect have been for him for quite some time now.
He has been doing a LOT of unpaid work with a great many interview requests coming in that he has been ready and willing to agree to. But the work where receives some pay for have suffered due to this, being left until the wee small hours of the night to complete work on.

VICTORY BELONGS TO RUSSIA: IT IS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME
Each day that passes makes a conclusive Russian victory in the Donbass and beyond more certain. As Russia bolsters her forces, and weaponry, those of Ukraine decrease. Russian forces gain ready access to rest and recuperation as troop numbers increase. The increasingly exhausted and demoralised Ukrainian troops have an ever decreasing prospect of such respite. This situation is likely to bring them to complete breakdown as Russia unleashes the firepower of the more modern and advanced weaponry that is arriving with the newly mobilised Russian troops.
The various Ukrainian offensives are now weak when confronted by the reinforced Russian lines. A few futile efforts achieve quite miserable results before fire reigns down on the Ukrainian troops and they are forced back to their starting positions.
And now, all this being said, we have arrived at the wet, and later, freezing conditions where these pathetic Ukrainian forces will be subject to myriad forms of abject misery with death and injury all around them while they lie sodden or frozen, abandoned to their fate by Kiev.
The pitiable young and old of Ukraine have been frogmarched to their deaths as cannon-fodder while the bestial elites of the collective West urge their "president" to add more to their number there at the gates of Hell and their doom. We must feel for the majority of them as they are not the Nazis we revile, in most part they are decent men, fathers, sons, brothers, husband and uncles, who no doubt saw through the coup of 2014 for what it was. But sadly, their fate seems sealed.
Nothing will stop Russia now. Every factor favours them. Victory will be Russia's. In Donbass and beyond and in due course across the world.
Victory belongs to Russia: It is now only a matter of time.

HOW MANY METAPHORS & MOTTOS FIT THE FAILING WEST?
Where to begin?
In the UK and across the EU the major political parties supporting the catastrophic Ukraine war are suffering from growing dislike and increasing levels of protest from their populations. Prices are rising, living standards are reducing and the prospect for economic future growth looks increasingly dim. Very little is working as expected when myriad sanctions packages against Russia were enacted. The economic damage is all in the western world, not in Russia. European companies are losing markets as the nations of the global south turn to Russia and China for cooperative investment. Nineteen nations are now lined up to join BRICS.
Metaphors? A sinking ship? A drowning man clutching at straws?
In the USA a perfect storm is brewing as Biden is assaulted with one legal investigation after another. Banks are failing on an almost daily basis. North America’s stockpiles of weapons and ammunition are growing perilously low. Its emergency oil storage has been drained to equally low levels. The Saudis, previously the USA’s staunchest allies bar the Brits has turned against it and seeks to join Russia in the BRICS group. The Ukraine war has turned out badly as have western sanctions on Russia, Russia’s economy has weathered the storm and is set to grow. Biden’s popularity rating is dropping like a stone. The neocon warmongers risk being hauled from power as disaster looms.
How many metaphors are there for the failing USA?
Too many cooks spoil the broth? A juggernaut headed for the cliff edge?
These doleful results are the inevitable consequence of a desperate attempt to maintain western domination over this planet. This domination has been so long held that those holding it, generation after generation, have come to think of it as their inalienable right. They have awarded themselves the warders of our world, its judge, jury and sometime executioner. The hubris displayed reached maximum long ago along with the other self-awarded virtues, of being superior and exceptional.
Pride goes before a fall.
If the man or woman in the street around the world is asked which nation has the most “big heads” in it, always boasting of how they are the biggest, best and most successful who do you think they would name? A clue. It is certain it will be the same nation that heads the occasional global poll regarding the most dangerous nation on Earth. What are the consequences of false pride? It must surely be expected, observing all the signs available for view now that we will see those consequences very soon.
How the mighty have fallen.
This is an expression that can be predicted to be on many lips that day.
Previous generations of observers created quite a number of maxims, mottos and metaphors in attempts to describe the many vagaries, follies and stupidities of human nature, much of them aimed at the elites of their own time.
There’s many a slip twixt cup and lip.
Sometimes things look so easy and having been done so many times before than we get careless. Twisting the arms of nations that were loathe to take a course of action that was purely in the western world’s interest became a commonplace. It was never envisaged by the USA, UK and EU that nations of Eurasia and the global South would one day grow a pair and resist to such an extent that these old tactics began to fail. The Petrodollar is being undermined as you read this. It will soon make the western nations into a group of puny paper tigers hardly able to generate a single growl between them. And who will be scared of them enough to jump to attention then?
A fool and his money are soon parted.
What are the figures for the U.S. and UK national debts again? The U.s. is over thirty one trillion in debt now, is it not. The UK’s debt, after both Brexit and Covid disasters is unlikely to be able to pay off the burgeoning interest anytime soon, never mind the principle. A money pit called Ukraine has taken billions and billions more look like being taken to… from multiple nations including spectacularly the USA but also including Britain and those of the EU.
Going down like a lead balloon.
Once the rot starts it can be difficult to straighten up and fly right. Old habits die hard and politicians are much better at spending money than conserving it. Their reputation depends on success and the temptation is always to borrow and spend more to provide the illusion of success. To borrow and spend more that they hope not they but future politicians will have to pay back and suffer the political consequences. Kicking the can ever further down the road in this way buys time. But sooner or later the piper MUST be paid.
So what is the West left with? The fantasies that inform much of it to date, the misinforming media, the distorting nature of modern political discourse. A bunch of fantasies and mirages, illusions and delusions that created a facade of success in the past that are now going to increasingly fail to persuade. What new ventures in the fanciful world of reality TV, virtual reality, artificial reality and mass consumer bacchanalia will soothe the soul of the savage beast that resides in the West. What new version of bread and circuses can be conjured up? Will some new mass delusion of grandeur arrive to save the British elites. Will a miracle be conjured up in the USA to reestablish their “exceptionalism”? It has to be extremely doubtful in each case.
