VIRTUALLY UNREPORTED ATROCITY IN LUGANSK, 2nd JUNE 2014
A lot has been said about atrocities in the western media claimed to have been perpetrated by the Russians, for example at Bucha and Mariupol among others. These assertions are conveyed on the say so of the Ukrainian authorities. How willing though are western news broadcasters to convey atrocities attributed to the Ukrainians? The following will I think provide the answer.
If anyone wonders if they are receiving accurate coverage of the conflict in Ukraine I would suggest watching the video below of an event which occurred on the 2nd of June 2014 and ask themselves if they recall hearing about it on any mainstream media news channel at the time.
The video is harrowing to watch. The bodies (five women and three men) are real. Yet across western media there was only one single news report that occurred a day later. This was from CNN and occurred only because a CNN team happened to be nearby at the time of the atrocity and so the network could hardly ignore it as all others so obviously did.
The video below shows the unvarnished truth that was not considered newsworthy in western mainstream news.

Ukraine peace ‘must be lasting’ – Putin.
A temporary ceasefire would only allow Kiev’s backers in NATO to rearm and restock ammo, the Russian president has said.
Moscow is interested in a lasting peace with Kiev, but not a short-lived truce, Russian President Vladimir Putin has said.
Russia’s goal is to ensure its long-term security interests, Putin stressed during a meeting on Friday with the heads of leading BRICS media agencies at the presidential residence in Novo-Ogaryovo outside Moscow.
"If we are talking about some kind of peace processes, then these should not be processes related to a ceasefire for a week, two weeks, or a year, so that NATO countries [which support Ukraine] could rearm and stock up on new ammunition,” he said.
Moscow is looking to achieve “conditions for long-term, sustainable and lasting peace that provide equal security for all participants in this difficult process,” the Russian leader explained.
Putin stressed that the Russian authorities “respect and understand” the determination of their “friends” in BRICS and elsewhere to see the Ukrainian crisis resolved “as quickly as possible and by peaceful means.”

Moscow realizes that the conflict is “an irritating element in international affairs, in European affairs, in the economy, and so on. We, like no one else, are interested in ending it as quickly as possible and, of course, by peaceful means,” he said.
Russia is ready to return to talks with Ukraine, but only on the basis of the document drawn up in Istanbul in late March 2022, when the sides last sat at the negotiating table, the head of state insisted.
Putin said last month that during the talks in Türkiye, Kiev was willing to declare military neutrality, limit its armed forces, and stop discriminating against ethnic Russians. In return, Moscow would have joined other leading world powers in offering Ukraine security guarantees.
“The document did not come into force only because the Ukrainians were ordered not to do this. The elites in the US and some European countries felt the desire to seek Russia’s strategic defeat,” the Russian president said at the time.
On Wednesday, Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky finally made public his so-called ‘victory plan’ for the conflict between Kiev and Moscow, in a speech to the national parliament. According to Zelensky, the scheme does not include negotiations with Russia, but calls on the West “to strengthen Ukraine” in order to reach a diplomatic solution.
“This plan can be implemented. It depends on our partners. I emphasize: on partners. It definitely does not depend on Russia,” he claimed.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov has suggested that Zelensky’s plan is merely a roadmap for continuing the hostilities. Peace can only be achieved if the government in Kiev “sobers up” and acknowledges the roots of the problems that led to the fighting, he insisted.

BRICS to discuss new global financial system – Reuters.
An alternative scheme developed by Moscow will reportedly work around dollar transactions in international payment operations.
Russia is to present its proposal for a new international financial system to fellow BRICS nations at the group’s summit next week, Reuters has reported, citing a document distributed by Moscow to journalists ahead of the event.
The system is believed to be immune to Western sanctions and could put an end to the dominance of the US dollar in international exchanges and transactions, the news agency said. According to the report, the new payment platform is based on blockchain technology and uses digital tokens backed by the national currencies of participating countries.
This format would allow such currencies to be easily and securely exchanged without the ubiquitous need for dollar transactions. The new platform reportedly also would rely on a network of commercial banks linked to each other through the central banks of BRICS countries.

The proposal is also said to involve the creation of a ‘BRICS Clear’ platform to settle trade in securities. It also encourages member states to create a common rating methodology but doesn’t mention creating a joint BRICS rating agency. The document reportedly also accuses existing international financial institutions, including the International Monetary Fund, of serving the interests of the US and its allies.
Moscow has not commented on the Reuters report and has not made public any documents such as the one cited in it. Last week, Russian Finance Minister Anton Siluanov presented a proposal on reform of the international financial system to other finance ministers and central bank heads of the BRICS nations.
On that occasion he also criticized the West for its attempts to use the international financial system and the US dollar as a means of political pressure. According to Siluanov, BRICS had been discussing alternatives to the Western-dominated global payment system, settlement depository, and ratings-agency regime.

The minister also said that new financial digital assets should be used in international payments. “It is faster, cheaper and more reliable. Operations are conducted without the involvement of the banks and infrastructure of third countries,” he explained. Nonetheless, specific details of the proposal remain unclear.
Russia has been actively reducing the use of dollars in its international transactions. More than 95% of mutual settlements between Russia and its biggest trading partner, China, are carried out using national currencies (the ruble and yuan), Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said in August.
According to Siluanov, the BRICS countries will proceed even further to reduce the share of the US dollar in mutual transactions in favor of national currencies.
The BRICS summit is scheduled to be held in Kazan, southwest Russia next week. Moscow currently chairs the organization, which includes Brazil, India, China and South Africa, as well as Egypt, Iran, the United Arab Emirates and Ethiopia. More than 30 nations, including NATO member Türkiye, have applied to join the economic bloc, according to Russian officials.

VICTORY BELONGS TO RUSSIA: IT IS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME
Each day that passes makes a conclusive Russian victory in the Donbass and beyond more certain. As Russia bolsters her forces, and weaponry, those of Ukraine decrease. Russian forces gain ready access to rest and recuperation as troop numbers increase. The increasingly exhausted and demoralised Ukrainian troops have an ever decreasing prospect of such respite. This situation is likely to bring them to complete breakdown as Russia unleashes the firepower of the more modern and advanced weaponry that is arriving with the newly mobilised Russian troops.
The various Ukrainian offensives are now weak when confronted by the reinforced Russian lines. A few futile efforts achieve quite miserable results before fire reigns down on the Ukrainian troops and they are forced back to their starting positions.
And now, all this being said, we have arrived at the wet, and later, freezing conditions where these pathetic Ukrainian forces will be subject to myriad forms of abject misery with death and injury all around them while they lie sodden or frozen, abandoned to their fate by Kiev.
The pitiable young and old of Ukraine have been frogmarched to their deaths as cannon-fodder while the bestial elites of the collective West urge their "president" to add more to their number there at the gates of Hell and their doom. We must feel for the majority of them as they are not the Nazis we revile, in most part they are decent men, fathers, sons, brothers, husband and uncles, who no doubt saw through the coup of 2014 for what it was. But sadly, their fate seems sealed.
Nothing will stop Russia now. Every factor favours them. Victory will be Russia's. In Donbass and beyond and in due course across the world.
Victory belongs to Russia: It is now only a matter of time.

IS THE UKRAINE WAR ABOUT TO END? WHAT ABOUT THE YEARS AFTER?
How I see the Ukraine war ending a few months from now in a ceasefire & how I see the sides moving toward permanent peace...and, in the years ahead finding a mutually longed for reconciliation.
Both sides are without doubt extremely weary of this war. Neither side wants more of their troops killed or wounded. All know the grief families and friends have suffered during this war. The Ukrainian and Russian people are brother and sister Slavs who undoubtedly would rather have any present or future in preference to this war.
The Ukraine war began, as is usual for almost all wars, purely as a result of elite ambition. Extremely few, if any wars, ever began as a result of a popular uprising against another nation. Therefore, left to the everyday people of both nations there would be no war, no mass death, no destruction, no misery and no grief. The elites if they had their way would have to resolve their ambitions some other way. Not through them as pawns in their game.
This is why I see the next six to twelve months as the best opportunity in almost three yars to reassert the will of the people of Ukraine and to end their domination by extremists. I have not oa single doubt that they are thoroughly sick of this war and desperately want an end to it. Equally, the Russian-speaking people of the Donbass region who have suffered the loss of over ten thousand of their number at the hands of the Ukrainian military since 2014 wish this also.
The time is approaching when those elites, who exerted the pressure to make this war happen and who have been endlessly fueling this war, will cease to push for ever more war. This at last will create the opportunity for an end to this war that the people of both sides have hoped and longed for during these years of military tragedy.
So… how will it be arranged? What is it that makes this time, almost three years into this war, the time when the hopes and dreams of everyday people of both sides can be realized? What are the circumstances we see now that provide hope for this kind of belated optimism?
The main reason for hope is that the western sponsors of the Ukrainian regime have reached the end of their capacity and willingness to further arm the regime in Kiev, reducing delivery of both funds and armaments and closing the door to the regime’s effective ability to fight defensively or to escalate the war significntly. With no prospect of Ukraine being invited to join NATO; no authorization for Ukraine to fire missiles deep inside Russian territory and no willingness by NATO nations to intervene in Ukraine directly Kiev is running out of road.
Without the direct support of the UKrainian regime detailed above it cannot possibly win against the Russian military. It will therefore have no capacity to hold back the ever-strengthening Russian force. It will, in light of all this, be forced to agree to negotiations in which I predict the political elites of the United States will dominate. Further changes will inevitably follow on from the above and from the determination of the Ukrainian people to once again experience peace, stability and responsible leadership in their land.
I predict we will see, over the next months and years, a sequence of events mirroring to some degree, the following:
1. The USA, then UK (v. reluctantly) and EU states agree they have come to the end of line in regard to military support for the Ukrainian regime.
2. The Kiev regime is then pressured by the above powers to end its military campaign against the Russian forces in the Donbass.
3. Negotiations (including the USA) begin to finalise a way forward where a permanent ceasefire can be agreed.
4. Eventually a ceasefire is indeed agreed.
5. New elections are arrangd within what remains of Ukraine. These elections will bring a new president and government into being. It will also contain a referendum with quite possibly a number of questions, all of which will, in one form or another concern the question of future relations with Russia.
6. A new president and government is duly elected which is at least neutral regarding Russia if not overtly pro-Russia.
7. The new government will change the consitution of Ukraine to once again state that it will remain neutral and not join any military bloc.
8. The new president and government of Ukraine will begin the slow road to reconciliation with Russia as one of its two primary trading areas.
9. The Donbass region will be built up to Russian standards while at the same time Ukraine will be built up by a combination of EU state grants and private western corporations.
10. Slowly but surely the two former warring nations, Russia and Ukraine will resume where the Maidan coup of 2014 separated them.
This is what I hope for both Russia and Ukraine. Ultimately, over a generation, two at the most, a recognition of all that they share and a huge decrease toward zero, regarding their differences and what separates tem. They are one people who share a difficult past with different loyalties emerging from their historical experience. But, with the perseverance, trust and goodwill of th majority, constantly sidelining the minorities who wish to emphasize their differences, we can hope to see a wonderful rebirth of the Slavic family in the East.
