A lot has been said about atrocities in the western media claimed to have been perpetrated by the Russians, for example at Bucha and Mariupol among others. These assertions are conveyed on the say so of the Ukrainian authorities. How willing though are western news broadcasters to convey atrocities attributed to the Ukrainians? The following will I think provide the answer.
If anyone wonders if they are receiving accurate coverage of the conflict in Ukraine I would suggest watching the video below of an event which occurred on the 2nd of June 2014 and ask themselves if they recall hearing about it on any mainstream media news channel at the time.
The video is harrowing to watch. The bodies (five women and three men) are real. Yet across western media there was only one single news report that occurred a day later. This was from CNN and occurred only because a CNN team happened to be nearby at the time of the atrocity and so the network could hardly ignore it as all others so obviously did.
The video below shows the unvarnished truth that was not considered newsworthy in western mainstream news.

Almost 3,000 former inmates have joined Kiev’s military amid recruitment struggles.
More than 2,750 convicts have been released from prison to join the Ukrainian military and help ease manpower shortages, the Washington Post reported on Sunday. Some service members, however, have voiced concerns about the reliability of former inmates.
Ukrainian leader Vladimir Zelensky last month approved a bill that allows certain categories of convicts to be paroled if they agree to enlist in the military and fight Russia. Former inmates will be assigned to special high-risk assault units, although anyone convicted of crimes such as murdering more than two people, rape, terrorism, corruption, or undermining Ukraine’s national security, is ineligible for the program.
According to the Washington Post, many of the convicts joining the fight were “jailed for dealing drugs, stealing phones, and committing armed assaults and murders.” Ukrainian Justice Minister Denis Malyuska insisted to the newspaper that “the motivation of our inmates is stronger than our ordinary soldiers,” arguing that they are enlisting not only to be released, but also because they “want to protect their country and they want to turn the page.”

The minister also claimed there is “competition between military commanders” to recruit from prisons as they want to address manpower shortages.
Some disagree, however, and one unnamed official expressed concern about possible desertion by former inmates. “They’re all going to run like Forrest Gump,” he stated, adding that despite these misgivings, the measure is still necessary.
The official noted that he would prefer to see Ukraine lower the draft age to 18, which he said would allow Kiev to fill the ranks with young and fit soldiers, rather than convicts. He admitted, however, that this measure is unlikely anytime soon.
Malyuska said he expects at least 4,000 men to join the military in the first stage of recruitment. In May, he estimated the total number of convicts ready to enlist at between 10,000 to 20,000. However, the Strana.ua outlet cast doubt on those figures, pointing out that there are a total of 28,000 inmates in Ukraine, including women and those unfit for service. The outlet also claimed, citing its own poll, that very few are actually willing to volunteer.
Kiev has tried to address acute manpower shortages by passing two bills this spring, one of which lowered the draft age from 27 to 25, while the other significantly tightened mobilization rules. Earlier this month, Russian President Vladimir Putin estimated Ukraine’s monthly combat losses at 50,000 soldiers.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has begun a two-day state visit to North Korea, where he will meet with the country’s leadership for talks on economic, security, and international issues.
North Korean leader Kim Jong-un personally greeted Putin at the Pyongyang airport, for the Russian president's first visit since 2000.
The trip, which kicked off on Tuesday, will involve a “very busy agenda,” according to Putin’s foreign policy aide, Yuri Ushakov, who noted that the two sides intend to sign several agreements. The Russian president has already authorized the signing of a landmark Comprehensive Strategic Partnership Agreement with North Korea.
Ushakov also said Putin and Kim were expected to hold lengthy face-to-face talks to discuss “the most important, the most sensitive issues.” The visit will be largely focused on the international agenda.

“The approaches of the two countries to current foreign policy problems are very close or completely coincide,” Ushakov said, noting that Moscow and Pyongyang advocate the formation of a multipolar world on the principles of equality, respect for sovereignty, and non-interference in internal affairs. He also said Moscow highly appreciates the fact that North Korea “understands the true reasons and the essence of the Ukraine crisis.”
Putin’s visit to North Korea, his first since 2000, follows Kim Jong-un’s trip to Russia’s Far East in September. At the time, Kim spent nearly a week in the neighboring country, touring the Vostochny Cosmodrome, meeting with top officials, and inspecting advanced Russian weaponry. Following the visit, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said relations between Russia and North Korea had reached a “strategic level.”

Russian President Vladimir Putin has thanked the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea for its friendship and support and pledged to assist Pyongyang in its own struggle for independence and identity.
Putin is scheduled to visit North Korea on Tuesday, for the first time since 2000. Ahead of his trip, the Russian president has written an article published by the leading DPRK daily, Rodong Sinmun.
“Russia has continuously supported and will support the DPRK and the heroic Korean people in their struggle against the treacherous, dangerous and aggressive enemy, in their fight for independence, identity and the right to freely choose their development path,” Putin wrote.

The Russian leader thanked North Korea for its “unwavering support” of the military operation in Ukraine, international solidarity, and “willingness to defend our common priorities and views” at the UN.
Putin also described Pyongyang as “our committed and like-minded supporter, ready to confront the ambition of the collective West to prevent the emergence of a multipolar world order based on justice, mutual respect for sovereignty and consideration of each other’s interests.”
The “rules-based order” the US has been trying to impose on the world is “nothing more than a global neo-colonial dictatorship that relies on double standards,” Putin noted.

While Kim Jong-un and the DPRK leadership have repeatedly offered to resolve differences by peaceful means, the US has refused to implement previous agreements and “keeps setting new, increasingly harsh and obviously unacceptable requirements,” Putin wrote.
The Russian president complimented North Koreans for “effectively defending their interests” even after years of “economic pressure, provocations, blackmailing and military threats” by the US.
According to the Kremlin, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov, Defense Minister Andrey Belousov, Health Minister Mikhail Murashko, Transport Minister Roman Starovoyt, Roscosmos chief Yuri Borisov, and Russian Railway head Oleg Belozyorov are scheduled to accompany Putin on his trip to North Korea on Tuesday.

The EU will “continue to support migration” and fund the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the Hungarian prime minister has said.
The hopes of the people of Europe have been flouted in Brussels, when the center-right majority party entered into a coalition with the socialists and liberals, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said on Tuesday.
The European People’s Party (EPP), which positions itself as center-right, has approached the left-wing Progressive Alliance of Socialists and Democrats (S&D) in negotiations to divide up four major roles, Politico wrote on Monday, citing sources close to the matter. The EPP reportedly wants a second term for European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen, 2.5 years for Roberta Metsola as European Parliament president, as well as sharing the term for the European Council presidency.
“The will of the European people was ignored today in Brussels. The result of the European election is clear: right-wing parties got stronger, the Left and the liberals lost ground. The EPP, on the other hand, instead of listening to the voters, finally teamed up with the socialists and the liberals: today they made a deal and divided the top jobs of the EU among themselves,” Orban wrote on X (formerly Twitter) on Tuesday.

“They don’t care about the will of the European people. We shouldn’t be naive: they will continue to support migration and send even more money and weapons to the Russia-Ukraine war,” the Hungarian leader wrote, calling on people to resist “pro-migration and pro-war bureaucrats.”
European Council President Charles Michel told journalists there was “no agreement tonight” on the positions, after the informal meeting of European leaders on Monday. However, one diplomat told Politico that the negotiators agreed on three names, and will continue discussions at a later date.
The European parliamentary elections earlier this month saw a swing in support toward right-wing parties in several EU states. The ruling coalitions in Germany and France were outpaced by right-wing parties. Centrist parties retained the majority in the EU Parliament, however, with European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen’s EPP winning 190 out of 720 seats. Von der Leyen has vowed to keep Europe on a “pro-Ukraine” path, after the EPP secured a majority in the EU Parliament.

VICTORY BELONGS TO RUSSIA: IT IS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME
Each day that passes makes a conclusive Russian victory in the Donbass and beyond more certain. As Russia bolsters her forces, and weaponry, those of Ukraine decrease. Russian forces gain ready access to rest and recuperation as troop numbers increase. The increasingly exhausted and demoralised Ukrainian troops have an ever decreasing prospect of such respite. This situation is likely to bring them to complete breakdown as Russia unleashes the firepower of the more modern and advanced weaponry that is arriving with the newly mobilised Russian troops.
The various Ukrainian offensives are now weak when confronted by the reinforced Russian lines. A few futile efforts achieve quite miserable results before fire reigns down on the Ukrainian troops and they are forced back to their starting positions.
And now, all this being said, we have arrived at the wet, and later, freezing conditions where these pathetic Ukrainian forces will be subject to myriad forms of abject misery with death and injury all around them while they lie sodden or frozen, abandoned to their fate by Kiev.
The pitiable young and old of Ukraine have been frogmarched to their deaths as cannon-fodder while the bestial elites of the collective West urge their "president" to add more to their number there at the gates of Hell and their doom. We must feel for the majority of them as they are not the Nazis we revile, in most part they are decent men, fathers, sons, brothers, husband and uncles, who no doubt saw through the coup of 2014 for what it was. But sadly, their fate seems sealed.
Nothing will stop Russia now. Every factor favours them. Victory will be Russia's. In Donbass and beyond and in due course across the world.
Victory belongs to Russia: It is now only a matter of time.

GEORGE ORWELL’S WORLD OF 1984 HAS FINALLY ARRIVED IN 2024
When a 'peace conference' concerns itself with how to better wage war you know you are now living in the world George Orwell described so well in his novel '1984'.
George Orwell knew all about political duplicity, how war could be parcelled up as peace to effect a public relations “victory” for expediency.
“Political language is designed to make lies sound truthful and murder acceptable and to give an appearance of solidity to pure wind.”
A so-called ‘Peace Conference’ has just ended in the Swiss city of Lucerne. During this conference apparently dedicated to finding peace a series of belligerent speeches were made targeting the absent party many of those present were waging war against. Such was the dedication to peace evidenced by the most zealous advocates of war among them.
Orwell again:
“All the war propaganda, all the screaming and lies and hatred, comes invariably from people who are not fighting.”
The general population of the western world are beginning to reveal something that has been an open secret since the West’s wars began some twenty years ago now. At that time millions took to the streets to protest a war they could see their leaders had fixed upon as an appropriate response to the 9/11 atrocity. They knew that attacking and invading Iraq would be no solution but would only initiate further problems. Their warning ought to have been heard and acted upon. After all, the West is supposed to be the beacon around the world of the merits of democracy where politicians take note of the wishes of, and act in the interests of, their citizens.
At that time I joined the young and old, the mothers, fathers, their children, grandparents, all marching for peace and against war. I took photographs at one of the demonstrations I attended. It was printed next day by the BBC Online website. It was of a teenage girl holding a banner. It read:
“Bombing For Peace Is Like Shagging For Virginity.”
The everyday men and women of the street knew that no good would come of further violence. Indeed hadn’t the families of those who died on 9/11 issued a statement saying they wanted no one else to die as a result of the attack that had taken away their loved ones.
Did the politicians listen? They did not.
Politicians in such circumstances feel the need to show that they are ‘doing something’ when the media demands it as it is wont to do. Deeply fearful of the power of the media to inflict damage on them for ‘doing nothing’ they close down any usual democratic notions of consulting the people and instead react in ways that are bound to generate more violence, death and destruction, resentment, opposition and an ever-deepening scar of trauma to infect all our futures. So it was. And so it remains today.
The decisions made immediately after 9/11 fuel the war we see raging now. It was those decisions that caused the abandonment of diplomacy, seen in those deadly hours as a hindrance to the goal set. That goal was the elimination and replacement of every individual, group and system of governance that evidenced any opposition to western power. The goal was to be pursued until attained. It was the unquestionable necessity. There would be no plan B. Diplomacy would only delay the attainment of that goal. This would be a forever war waged by the USA and its allies against a world that could no longer be tolerated, a world where forces opposed to the USA had been allowed to exist. This could not be allowed to stand. All such forces HAD to be liquidated. Every last one of them.
That ‘forever war’ is of course still with us. None of the debacles concerning Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya or Syria stopped its progression. It is being applied today in Ukraine and, unless halted, will continue on to all the other targets specified in the post-9/11 protocols. You know their names well. There is no need to specify them here. Simply listen to the statements issued on a regular basis from the U.S. state department to find them quoted.
There will be no peace as long as the USA and its allies have the wherewithal to push the 9/11 protocols further. There will only be the apparency of diplomatic moves, sham processes designed only to promulgate the forever war by other means. Every dirty trick, every immoral, illegal and unethical means, including of course torture, NGO destabilisation, covert operations, coups, assassinations and endless lies, will be employed. Since 9/11 there have been no barriers to the attainment of the goals set at that time. And mass media news has been a willing asset all along the line. Over Ukraine it has been uniquely compliant and subservient to the needs of western states raging in constant war fever.
It is appropriate then that a “Peace Conference” indulges mainly in talk of further war. The cover story is that more war is needed to gain the peace. Ukraine must deliver major successes on the battlefield so that a better bargaining position at the negotiation table can be gained. The only problem is that there is no sign that more of the same, pouring more weapons and providing ever more funds to the Ukrainian regime, will make any major difference to the situation on the battlefield. Instead of the regime pushing Russia back Russia appears set to gain ever more ground. Thus the war will go on because the true goal of it is to weaken Russia, not save Ukraine.
Orwell once more:
“The further a society drifts from truth the more it will hate those who speak it.”
There is no truth to the notion that a peace conference has just been held in Lucerne. This was, as has been the case with every meeting since 9/11, a war conference, simply a means of deciding which tactics ought to be deployed most effectively in waging the war. The western powers have no intention of giving up their war until every last individual, group and system of governance that in any way opposes them is eliminated and replaced and further, a system of surveillance is put in place that makes of our world, in effect, a prison planet. Only then will western political elites feel they have ‘done their job’ and made the West safe from further harm. They will not rest until this is done and the war being waged by them, unless they are faced down and stopped, will not end in our lifetimes.
A last quote from Orwell:
“Every war when it comes, or before it comes, is represented not as a war but as an act of self-defense against a homicidal maniac.”
