A lot has been said about atrocities in the western media claimed to have been perpetrated by the Russians, for example at Bucha and Mariupol among others. These assertions are conveyed on the say so of the Ukrainian authorities. How willing though are western news broadcasters to convey atrocities attributed to the Ukrainians? The following will I think provide the answer.
If anyone wonders if they are receiving accurate coverage of the conflict in Ukraine I would suggest watching the video below of an event which occurred on the 2nd of June 2014 and ask themselves if they recall hearing about it on any mainstream media news channel at the time.
The video is harrowing to watch. The bodies (five women and three men) are real. Yet across western media there was only one single news report that occurred a day later. This was from CNN and occurred only because a CNN team happened to be nearby at the time of the atrocity and so the network could hardly ignore it as all others so obviously did.

Ukraine Loses Up to 7,450 Troops During Operation in Kursk Region - MoD.
The Russian armed forces have eliminated up to 7,450 Ukrainian servicepeople, 74 tanks and 36 infantry fighting vehicles during military operations in the border areas of the Kursk Region, the Russian Defense Ministry said on Thursday.
"In total, during the military operations in the Kursk area, the enemy lost up to 7,450 servicepeople, 74 tanks, 36 infantry fighting vehicles," the ministry said in a statement.
Over the past 24 hours, Kiev lost more than 400 servicepeople in the Kursk area, the ministry also said.
At the same time, Russia's Battlegroup Sever repelled four attacks in the area of the settlements of Korenevo and Cherkasskoe Porechnoe in the Russian region over the past 24 hours, with Kiev losing up to 70 servicepeople, the ministry said.
Russia's Battlegroup Yug has eliminated up to 740 Ukrainian servicepeople over the past 24 hours, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
"The Ukrainian armed forces have lost up to 740 servicepeople, a US-made M113 armored personnel carrier, two vehicles [among other military losses in battles with the southern group]," the ministry said in a statement
Over the give period, Battlegroup Tsentr has taken control of the settlement of Nykolaivka in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) and repelled seven counterattacks, eliminating up to 530 Ukrainian troops, the statement read, adding that Battlegroup Zapad has repelled six counterattacks and eliminated up to 520 Ukrainian troops, taking control of the the village of Stelmakhivka in the Lugansk People's Republic (LPR).
Kiev has also lost up to 105 servicepeople in battles with the Battlegroup Vostok, while Battlegroup Sever has repelled two counterattacks and eliminated up to 185 servicepeople.
Additionally, the Russian forces have hit a depot of UK-made Storm Shadow long-range cruise missiles, as well as an oil depot supplying fuel for the Ukrainian armed forces' equipment.

Russia and Ukraine almost reached an agreement at the talks in Istanbul in 2022, but a number of countries did not want the conflict to end, the speaker of the Grand National Assembly (parliament) of Turkiye, Numan Kurtulmus, said.
At the end of November 2023, the head of the faction of Volodymyr Zelensky's Servant of the People party in the Verkhovna Rada and a member of the Committee on National Security, Defense and Intelligence David Arakhamia stated that military actions in Ukraine could have ended in the spring of 2022, but the Ukrainian authorities did not agree to the country's neutrality. After talks with the Russian side in Istanbul, then-UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson urged Kiev not to sign anything with Russia and just fight.
"We have reached the last point to achieve peace [in Ukraine]. All that was left to do was to put signatures of the sides in the Dolmabahce Palace [in Istanbul]. But, unfortunately, a number of countries did not want the war to end. Because the US, through the war in Ukraine, is trying to consolidate the European continent and put pressure on Russia, considering regional turbulence necessary in its own interests. First of all, the political intentions of the parties are necessary. This is difficult. Russia has its own will, Kiev also needs to proceed from its political intentions," Kurtulmus said in an interview with Turkish broadcaster Habertürk.

Ukraine ‘abducting’ civilians in Kursk – Moscow.
Russia often loses all contact with local residents forcibly taken by Kiev troops, the Foreign Ministry has said.
Ukrainian troops occupying part of Russia’s Kursk Region have been abducting and sexually abusing local residents, the head of the Russian Foreign Ministry’s special mission to investigate alleged Ukrainian war crimes, Rodion Miroshnik, has claimed.
In an interview with RIA Novosti on Thursday, Miroshnik confirmed numerous earlier reports alleging that Ukrainian forces – including foreign mercenaries – have engaged in numerous atrocities against the civilian population since the start of the large-scale incursion on August 6.
“We have evidence of sexual violence committed by both foreign mercenaries and Ukrainian radicals,” he stated, suggesting that the Ukrainian leadership had deployed “all of its scum” to Kursk Region in an apparent effort to get them out of the country and “dispose” of them.
Other apparent crimes by Kiev’s forces include abductions, Miroshnik claimed. “We have data that Ukrainian militants are taking action to kidnap people. They are snatching civilians and taking them away to an unknown location. We often lose contact with them. Where are they taken? To Ukrainian territory, or to secret prisons?” he asked.

Ukrainian forces are acting like brazen “terrorists,” and often do not provide any information to the families of those abducted, Miroshnik said. He noted that while Russia has “preliminary lists” of those in Ukrainian custody, they are by no means complete, adding that in some cases Moscow has only “fragmentary data” and testimony about people who were “forced into trucks and taken in an unknown direction.”
At the same time, Miroshnik noted that Moscow continues to gather information on Ukrainian mercenaries. “More than 4,000 mercenaries have been accurately identified… In absentia investigations have been completed on some of them.”
Since the start of Ukraine’s large-scale invasion of Kursk Region earlier in August, Moscow has accused Kiev of committing numerous atrocities against civilians, including conducting indiscriminate strikes. The Russian Defense Ministry says that Kiev’s advance has been halted, and that Ukraine has lost up to 7,000 troops since the start of the attack.

VICTORY BELONGS TO RUSSIA: IT IS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME
Each day that passes makes a conclusive Russian victory in the Donbass and beyond more certain. As Russia bolsters her forces, and weaponry, those of Ukraine decrease. Russian forces gain ready access to rest and recuperation as troop numbers increase. The increasingly exhausted and demoralised Ukrainian troops have an ever decreasing prospect of such respite. This situation is likely to bring them to complete breakdown as Russia unleashes the firepower of the more modern and advanced weaponry that is arriving with the newly mobilised Russian troops.
The various Ukrainian offensives are now weak when confronted by the reinforced Russian lines. A few futile efforts achieve quite miserable results before fire reigns down on the Ukrainian troops and they are forced back to their starting positions.
And now, all this being said, we have arrived at the wet, and later, freezing conditions where these pathetic Ukrainian forces will be subject to myriad forms of abject misery with death and injury all around them while they lie sodden or frozen, abandoned to their fate by Kiev.
The pitiable young and old of Ukraine have been frogmarched to their deaths as cannon-fodder while the bestial elites of the collective West urge their "president" to add more to their number there at the gates of Hell and their doom. We must feel for the majority of them as they are not the Nazis we revile, in most part they are decent men, fathers, sons, brothers, husband and uncles, who no doubt saw through the coup of 2014 for what it was. But sadly, their fate seems sealed.
Nothing will stop Russia now. Every factor favours them. Victory will be Russia's. In Donbass and beyond and in due course across the world.
Victory belongs to Russia: It is now only a matter of time.

UKRAINE, THE GREATEST DISASTER FOR THE WEST IN MODERN TIMES
The empire of the West that we have lived with and within for so many years is now falling apart in disgrace. The manifestly disastrous 'Ukraine Project' it continues to promulgate will see its end.
It is clear that the western powers are fully aware of what faces them if and when Russia wins in Ukraine. They know they will never live down their humiliation and its many disastrous and permanent consequences. There will be no full recovery for them, ever. The stigmata will be permanent upon their national skins in perpetuity. Russia, after victory in Ukraine will be that much closer to the European mess of liberal degradation and will have even greater influence than now in attracting everyday people of western nations to the traditional ways of life they have maintained. All in all the project to use Ukraine as a device to weaken Russia has utterly failed.
Currently we are hearing how dire things have become in Europe, especially from Germany which has been in a downturn ever since it obeyed the U.S. and ended the Russian supply of cheap natural gas. Other European nations are also suffering due to this cause. Prices are rising and living standards falling across Europe. In the USA, thanks to the still powerful ability it has to manipulate markets the damage is not as severe as in Europe. But the effect of a defeat to its remaining, much reduced “prestige” as a military and political bully, in Ukraine will set the seal on its decline. The world is watching Russia beat the entirety of the western world along with its chief and most aggressive military tool, NATO. The change of attitude toward the West in general is already striking to see. And what awaits the West now will be even more so.
None of this need have occurred. Russia was more than willing to sort the Ukraine mess out through negotiations. The seven year effort by Russia in the face of western deception during the Minsk process proves this, along with its offer to the USA and NATO to work out a new security architecture for Europe and the instigation of negotiations toward a peaceful settlement in Istanbul only a month or so into the conflict. But all efforts by Russia to reach a negotiated settlement preserving peace into the future were rejected. It was clear at the time and even more so in hindsight that the western powers had no interest in establishing peace. They wanted war and believed by providing no way for Russia to escape from its ultimate decision they would win big. How wrong they were.
Russia has been strengthened in almost every way due to the West’s, #Project Ukraine’. It’s standing in the world outside the West has been massively improved. Trading partners from India to China, to Saudi Arabia, to Vietnam and far beyond are far closer than before. The Russian military, through its steady war of attrition against the Ukrainian regime and its military is producing the largest, best trained and equipped and most professional, highly experienced army in the world. And, due to necessity Russia has developed, tested and brought into service state of the art weapons systems such as its hypersonic missiles, making it the world’s most formidable adversary, bar none. By achieving its goals in Ukraine Russia will have new regions in in which it can make good use of both their populations and resources to move forward to ever more economic success.
In addition to all of the above Russia now sees a steady stream of people from the West wanting to live in Russia and become Russian citizens. Russia’s maintenance of traditional lifestyles is immensely attractive to families sick to death of the increasingly rotten state of western societies. This immigration inflow will further strengthen Russia in all manner of ways with an influx of fresh blood steadily having its effect across fields where they bring expertise to add to the ever more robust and excitingly innovative Russian scene. Russia is getting its message of modernity, tradition and security across as never before through such internet platforms as TikTok, Telegram and X. The sky is no limit for Russia as the West increasingly heads down a woke spiral of darkness toward an oblivion where the power it has used so malignly to intimidate and damage others evaporates.
The West was already headed downward and was already losing its power to China, India and others before it embarked on the disastrous Ukraine project. But with declining mental faculties, damaged by pernicious indulgences and influences, the level of stupidity at all levels of western society led its leaders to this final gross error. The debacle for the West in Ukraine is complete. Drained treasuries and armories, demotivated populations suffering a seemingly endless decline in their prospects and life chances, societies riven with discord, torn apart by division and torn into pieces by a totally dysfunctional political domain sinks now into a so-called woke degradation from which it seems certain it will never fully recover. The die is cast. The West’s so-called democracies are turning into totalitarian and highly draconian prisons for their inhabitants, lost to reality, believing in pure fantasy and now submerged forever within inescapable disgrace.
UKRAINE, THE GREATEST DISASTER FOR THE WEST IN MODERN TIMES
WHY CAN’T WESTERN REGIMES STOP INTERFERING & LEAVE OUR WORLD IN PEACE?
Our world is at war when the hope of all of us non-elites was always to find a way to live in peace. Who is it that is generating the conflicts we see constantly occurring... and why?
It’s no secret which group of nations feel compelled to interfere worldwide. Of course they wouldn’t call what they do interference. For them it is dressed up as some sort of holy duty, a calling, a mission, something that they would say their God wants them to do. It appears in fact to bear a close resemblance to a compulsion. In the USA they even talk of it being their ‘manifest destiny’. What is the basis for this mania to interfere across the planet acting as do, constituting the self-authorized, eternally sanctified, police force of God in Heaven Himself?
The attitudes behind this vain-glorious self-admiring and aggrandizing viewpoint go back a long way. The mythologies involved disregard certain acts of mass criminality such as the genocide of the native population of the USA, the Slave Trade and the entire era of mass exploitation that was the British Empire. These mythologies also ignore, in the rabid desire to export western “values”, the ugly realities that are ever-faster starting to rot their social fabric from the inside. Take a look at the tent cities, the living zombies addicted to opioids and the recent widespread riots in the UK No matter what criminality and degradation is to be found in western nations this seems hardly to matter. Others must mirror their nations and often at gunpoint.
Don’t you think the nations being targeted might be a little resistant to the process of regime change interference, subversion of their traditional cultures, subjugation by outsiders and general disdain for their national sovereignty? Don’t you think the populations in these countries might want to resist and reject this outside interference? Yet the United States remains the wealthiest, most powerful and influential nation on the planet and retains the ability to manipulate most of the regulatory bodies that might view their acts as contrary to international law. What choice do the resistant nations have when the representatives of the western nations come calling?
Until now there was very little that weaker nations could do when the political elites of the USA in particular leaned on them to change their ways to reflect U.S. interests. For a number of decades there was the Soviet Union that could be depended upon to provide some protection. Many African, Middle Eastern and Latin American nations took the opportunity at that time to align themselves with that great power. Of course this alignment with the main peer competitor of the USA and its allies fell apart at the end of the Eighties. So, what to do now? For a few decades nations were once again ‘at the mercy’ of U.S. power, influence and perpetual manipulation. Then, finally things began to change.
The changes within the geopolitical balance that were disrupted by the fall of the Soviet Union and Warsaw Pact began slowly. Slowly but steadily Vladimir Putin restored order and began massively improving Russia’s economy. Concurrently, and from an earlier beginning by several decades China rose to become a new peer competitor to the USA. Together they created the BRICS group along with Brazil and India. Since its inception BRICS has moved steadily to center stage in the world of trade and economic growth. Over the last half dozen years the number of countries wishing to join the group has soared and now stands at forty plus nations. This is the new security umbrella and defender of national sovereignty that has been missing since the collapse of the Soviet Union.
Yet even with the arrival of a BRICS group growing ever stronger and taking into its embrace erstwhile allies of the West such as Saudi Arabia, the western powers are insisting on continuing their interference. It looks fairly obvious that the western elites simply cannot countenance the fact that they will no longer ‘rule the world’ and make it act in their interests at all times? This thought is evidently anathema to them, something that destroys too much of the kudos, status, perks and manipulative ability to glean all they want from the world under the guise of seeking to protect and better it. All those buzzword you have heard time and time again cover the fact of their failure to accept they will have to live in a multipolar world eventually. Those terms, ‘democracy’, ‘freedom’, and ‘western values’ are all attempts to cover for criminality.
The values held sacrosanct within the halls of the United Nations will not be heard about from these western elites. They claim to have higher and better “values” as created by them, values which they wish to force down our throats whether we want them or not. This, above all other clues, is the one that tells you the real interests of these elites. These are to retail western control, not the shared control of the UN. Western dominance, not a balance of peaceful order as visualized and embodied within the UN. Western control, surveillance, targeting, judgment and punishment quite outside the good offices of the United Nations. The only way to stop the western elites continuing their wars of choice to retain and gain more influence is the process of multipolarity through BRICS and similar non-western institutions. It’s going to take time and a whole lot of effort, planning and cooperation but of all processes now in train, it is the most vital.
Ultimately, if we arrive at a fully multipolar world where power is shared across the planet and is not located in any particular region then we will have the best shot ever at a high level of stability where sovereignty is fully protected, there is tolerance for diverse forms of governance and we can glory in our differences within a world where war is very much a thing of the past with interference by the most powerful fully quarantined, where at long last something to a true global civilization to be proud of can emerge.
