A lot has been said about atrocities in the western media claimed to have been perpetrated by the Russians, for example at Bucha and Mariupol among others. These assertions are conveyed on the say so of the Ukrainian authorities. How willing though are western news broadcasters to convey atrocities attributed to the Ukrainians? The following will I think provide the answer.
If anyone wonders if they are receiving accurate coverage of the conflict in Ukraine I would suggest watching the video below of an event which occurred on the 2nd of June 2014 and ask themselves if they recall hearing about it on any mainstream media news channel at the time.
The video is harrowing to watch. The bodies (five women and three men) are real. Yet across western media there was only one single news report that occurred a day later. This was from CNN and occurred only because a CNN team happened to be nearby at the time of the atrocity and so the network could hardly ignore it as all others so obviously did.
The video below shows the unvarnished truth that was not considered newsworthy in western mainstream news.

In an op-ed published on the same day as his visit to Moscow, the Hungarian PM warned that the military bloc risks committing “suicide”.
NATO has effectively made warmongering its raison d’être by jettisoning its original “peaceful” and “defensive” nature, Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban has claimed.
Hungary’s leader, a vocal critic of Western involvement in the Ukraine conflict, has repeatedly warned that ever more escalatory steps by the US-led military bloc could eventually lead to a direct military confrontation with Russia, yielding catastrophic consequences.
On Friday, Orban paid a surprise visit to Moscow, where he met with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The Hungarian prime minister’s office clarified that he was on a “peacekeeping mission.” The discussion between the two leaders centered on potential ways to peacefully resolve the Ukraine conflict. Wrapping up the talks, Orban acknowledged that Moscow’s and Kiev’s positions remain very “far apart.” He added, however, that “we’ve already taken the most important step – establishing contact,” and vowed to continue the effort.
Earlier in the week the Hungarian prime minister arrived in Kiev, where he sat down with Vladimir Zelensky. Orban advocated an immediate ceasefire and negotiations during the visit.
On the same day as his trip to Moscow, an op-ed penned by Orban was published in Newsweek which addressed the latest tendencies involving NATO, of which Hungary has been a member since 1999.

In it, he stressed Budapest’s active participation in multiple NATO operations and initiatives over the years, as well as its compliance with the bloc’s 2% defense spending target. Orban noted that the NATO his country joined 25 years ago was a “peace project” and a “military alliance for defense.”
However, “today, instead of peace, the agenda is the pursuit of war; instead of defense, it is offense,” Orban lamented.
The premier said “ever more voices within NATO are making the case for the necessity—or even inevitability—of military confrontation with the world’s other geopolitical power centers.” He warned that this attitude “functions like a self-fulfilling prophecy.”
He noted that several member states have recently entertained the possibility of launching a NATO operation in Ukraine.
In late February, French President Emmanuel Macron said he did not rule out the deployment of French troops to Ukraine. Even though his suggestion quickly drew criticism from Germany and other members, the French head of state has doubled down on the controversial idea on multiple occasions since.
In May, Estonia and neighboring Lithuania signaled their readiness to send troops to Ukraine for logistical and other non-combat missions.
According to Orban’s Friday op-ed, unless NATO changes tack now, “it will be committing suicide.”

US military completing withdrawal from African base.
The morale of American troops pulling out of Niger is “mixed,” a US general has said.
The withdrawal of American servicemen from Air Base 101 in Niger is almost complete, US Air Force Major General Kenneth Ekman has said.
A farewell ceremony dedicated to the departure of the last C-17 Globemaster III transport aircraft from the base, located next to the international airport in the capital, Niamey, is scheduled to take place on Sunday, Ekman told Reuters via video link on Friday.
"The government of Niger will assume control of former US areas and facilities” after US troops depart from the West African country, he stressed.
The new government, which came to power a year ago after ousting the pro-Western president, Mohamed Bazoum, told Washington earlier this year to remove its almost 1,000-strong contingent by September 15. Niamey said the Americans had failed in their promise to assist in fighting jihadi militants that have plagued the Sahel region for decades.
Despite the US pullout being incomplete, Russian instructors have already been deployed to Air Base 101 with the aim of providing training to Niger’s military, according to Reuters.

"When I last talked to a Nigerian interlocutor, he quantified the presence of Russian forces as under 100. And he also talked about when the Russians are done training them, they have told the Russians that they have to go home,” said Ekman, who is overseeing the departure of the American troops from the country.
The US will next focus on clearing Air Base 201, a $100-million drone facility near the city of Agadez in central Niger, he said. The withdrawal from the facility will likely be completed in August, ahead of schedule, the major general added.
According to Ekman, morale of the US troops at the two bases is “mixed” due to uncertainty caused by the pullout. “When you have a session with airmen and soldiers, you get everything from laughter to tears,” he said. The major general described the development as “really unfortunate” for relations between Washington and Niamey.
US servicemen are leaving the bases in good condition and only removing valuable equipment from them, Ekman stressed. Acting differently would be “foreclosing options that both nations need for the future. And our security objectives are still entwined,” he explained.
The new government in Niamey ha also severed ties with its former colonial ruler, France, which resulted in all French soldiers leaving the country by the end of 2023.

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said earlier this year that Moscow would continue its work to help Sahel countries to boost their combat capability, security forces, and law enforcement agencies, with the goal of strengthening regional security.

VICTORY BELONGS TO RUSSIA: IT IS ONLY A MATTER OF TIME
Each day that passes makes a conclusive Russian victory in the Donbass and beyond more certain. As Russia bolsters her forces, and weaponry, those of Ukraine decrease. Russian forces gain ready access to rest and recuperation as troop numbers increase. The increasingly exhausted and demoralised Ukrainian troops have an ever decreasing prospect of such respite. This situation is likely to bring them to complete breakdown as Russia unleashes the firepower of the more modern and advanced weaponry that is arriving with the newly mobilised Russian troops.
The various Ukrainian offensives are now weak when confronted by the reinforced Russian lines. A few futile efforts achieve quite miserable results before fire reigns down on the Ukrainian troops and they are forced back to their starting positions.
And now, all this being said, we have arrived at the wet, and later, freezing conditions where these pathetic Ukrainian forces will be subject to myriad forms of abject misery with death and injury all around them while they lie sodden or frozen, abandoned to their fate by Kiev.
The pitiable young and old of Ukraine have been frogmarched to their deaths as cannon-fodder while the bestial elites of the collective West urge their "president" to add more to their number there at the gates of Hell and their doom. We must feel for the majority of them as they are not the Nazis we revile, in most part they are decent men, fathers, sons, brothers, husband and uncles, who no doubt saw through the coup of 2014 for what it was. But sadly, their fate seems sealed.
Nothing will stop Russia now. Every factor favours them. Victory will be Russia's. In Donbass and beyond and in due course across the world.
Victory belongs to Russia: It is now only a matter of time.

WHY IS THE WEST TAKING THE ENTIRE WORLD TOWARD ARMAGEDDON OVER UKRAINE?
Even for the Americans with their regime change wars track record this is extreme. What possible reason can account for them driving all their allies forward into unlimited war over Ukraine?
There has been much speculation concerning why the USA and its allies have been pushing so hard on the Ukraine situation, even to the extent where a direct conflict with Russia is becoming a very real possibility. This commentary will explain my take on why this is occurring.
My long-held opinion on this can be stated very simply.
The political hierarchy of the USA wishes to make the world reflect the democratic uniformity it believes it and its allies exemplify. To do this all nations with systems of governance that diverge from this standard must be altered to comply. Naturally most nations concerned will not do this willingly and must therefore be forced to comply. Two particular nations among others are prime targets for compliance procedures, Russia and China.
This is why there can be no agreement to enter peace talks with Russia regarding Ukraine. This because any result other than Russia’s defeat leaves Russia in a stronger position to negotiate a new security architecture for Europe including itself. If you recall this was what Russia called for in the weeks before the start of its special military operation in Ukraine. There is no way that the USA and its allies can allow this to come to pass. Russia gaining such a degree of security would mitigate entirely against the project described above.
The set goal of the USA is the removal of the political hierarchy in Russia (and China) as soon as possible and by whatever means possible. To allow Russia ANY additional security would be a disaster for the unquestioned and absolutely vital project (for the USA and its allies) to remake Russia, then China in the western image. It was 9/11 that determined the U.S. elites to do whatever it took to bring down every anti-American entity no matter how big or small. There is no plan B for this ongoing operation and it will never be countermanded.
To allow Russia any win from Ukraine is anathema to all western elites. It simply cannot be. It cannot be allowed. It will not matter HOW many gains the Russians have on the battlefield or HOW many Ukrainians die. This project simply CANNOT be ended because to end it is to leave anti-American forces at large and this, after 9/11 became unconscionable for the elites concerned. No matter what it takes they will NEVER say or do anything that allows Russia to win. Even if it means nuclear war.
You must imagine the strength of feeling involved. The existential angst involved cannot possibly be imagined or estimated. Russia is seen as a country that MUST be weakened, subverted, brought to its knees and made to collapse allowing it to be broken up and made subservient to the West. For the U.S. elites and their allies that is where the story ends… with no alternative outcome acceptable. No question. No doubts. No disunity. Only all forces in complete alignment applying whatever pressure or action is necessary to bring it about.
This is why you have been seeing no relenting of western rhetoric or pressure regarding Ukraine and there will be none from the core group powering this forward. Politicians not on board with a project that is degrading the economic structure and potential of their nations such as Viktor Orban of Hungary and Robert Fico of Slovakia will fall away at the sides. The next to do so may be a France heavily influenced by Marine le Pen and just possibly an Italy led by Giorgia Meloni. But those at the core such as Von der Leyen, Keir Starmer and virtually all others within the club are fully signed up to bow down to the U.S. Armageddon posture above.
The core group within the EU cannot conceive for a moment abandoning the U.S. in this. That thought has simply never occurred and will never occur to them. To do so would mean losing the U.S. nuclear shield they conceive of needing without question and besides this primary topic there are a hundred more reasons for them not even thinking of going against the USA on this or indeed on any substantive issue. It is simply unthinkable for them. So they array themselves in absolute unity against Russia and this is for instance why today they have all attacked Viktor Orban SO fiercely for his visit to Moscow.
The U.S. hierarchy is determined that it WILL weaken, undermine, subvert, eliminate and replace every part of all present systems within the Russian Federation and nothing short of a nuclear war will stop them and they are even determined, believe it or not, to not even let such a catastrophe as that stop them. The genesis of all this is most definitely 9/11. No other event of recent times comes close save the gradual slipping from the western grasp of its ability to dominate the world. In combination these events are in my opinion the most certain to be driving us all toward Armageddon currently.
