THE CHOICE GLOBALLY FOR ALL OF US IS NOW CLEAR
We all long for peace & stability, to see our planet move forward to greater levels of harmony & increasingly civilized behavior. But how to get there has been the most difficult and abiding question.
The situation on the world stage in the sphere of great power politics has arrived in a position of unparalleled clarity. It is possible now for anyone with an interest in geopolitics to see exactly where things stand and who is worthy off support and who deserving of opposition.
For many decades now westerners have been indoctrinated with the concept of ‘West is Best’, told that those who live in the West are ‘the good guys’, that only those ‘over there’ are the problem and that it is up to us to police the world and dispose of all who are causing us, the superior and exceptional people, a problem.
In recent years however, this constantly repeated all-pervasive piece of fiction has been proven false by the actions of those who claim to be oh so good, kind, decent and seeking only the best for everyone. The regime change wars of choice instigated through lies and which generally brought disastrous results have shown us just how hollow those claims of goodness and superiority of motive and intelligence were.
A clear view has now been enabled of the bone-headed adoption of insanely aggressive instincts and of the desperately crude methods used by western political elites. In the last twenty plus years they have brought increasing violence and instability to the world. Each year they pronounce their superiority and right to inflict violence on others along with their right to interfere across the globe we descend further and further into a chaotic and unstable realm.
The background stress and anxiety now felt by the average western citizen is now at an all-time high. Mental problems abound as seen by anyone taking the time to look. Crime is rising as economies subside across the West and in particular in the USA where a society is in the process of unraveling. The western world is increasingly in a state of moral and economic collapse. Meanwhile its political leaders insist on carrying on in the same aggressive way as ever.
Where should we look for an alternative to this observable madness?
There are not one hundred different possibilities, in fact there are, when it comes right down to it, only two. A way of life and system of governance that values peace, tolerance and stability and one that believes in the use of war to get its way and is intolerant of other systems of governance and ideologies. Broadly speaking this is a choice between east and west.
It is the choice between western aggression seeking its own way and eastern wisdom seeking to broaden cooperation. One is seeking to increase its influence through attacking other states the other is seeking to increase influence through expanding trading networks. One brings instability the other reduces it. To put the choice in most clarity this is a choice between the USA and China.
Increasing Chinese influence equates to greater world stability. This because China is not a crusader state, a crusader state being one that aggressively seeks to impose its will on others. The Chinese authorities have stated many times that the system of governance nor the religion nor the most accepted ideology within a nation is relevant to their relationship with any nation, their focus is on developing trade, exchange of resources and general, mutually beneficial cooperation between their two nations.
Compare the Chinese approach to the crusader nations of the West, primarily the USA and UK, recently joined by the Baltic States and Poland, and more importantly, France and Germany and partially at least by Italy. These nations collectively agree that their task is to aggressively attack other nations either overtly or covertly in attempts to bring down their forms of governance or ideological belief systems and leadership. The Chinese authorities seek greater understanding and trust with which to build harmony between nations.
These are two completely different approaches and it is easy to see which of them is generally destructive and which constructive. Outside of the realm of misinformation, disinformation and propaganda (as supported by mass media) the fact of this matter has become increasingly clear over recent decades. Those who wish to see a stable peace on this planet will work to support and promote those who are most likely to bring that about and the choice is clear, the choice is quite obviously China and her allies, Russia, India and those others most usually associated with, or within BRICS. This could hardly present a more obvious choice.
