WHO ARE THE TRUE CRIMINALS AND TERRORISTS OF THIS WORLD?
Can you look through what has been incessant lifelong conditioning to confront the possibility that you live in a country whose elites have always been criminals... but portrayed themselves as saints?
Criminals tend to lie. They tend never to admit they did wrong. They also tend to justify their crimes. Criminals break rules and then plead that they did this because in some way they are victims. They will tell any lie to continue being as they are and it is a very rare criminal indeed who will try to change.
People in general find it hard to change themselves. No matter how they try they usually end up defeated and have to accept that their essential characters are largely totally immune to change. Perhaps this is also the case in regard to nations and their behaviors?
The concept I will ask you to consider is whether you reside within a cabal of criminal states sometimes referred to as ‘The Western World’ and by some as ‘The Collective West’ (this latter being those usually associated with ‘The West’ plus Australia and new Zealand.
As with a criminal human being each western nation has a past from which we can glean the general character of the subject at hand. In the case of a human being we can usually find a record of wrongdoing stretching far back into his or her past. Can we do this with western states? We can, but in general people don’t do this and for a very good reason. From birth those of us who live in the collective west receive every possible subliminal message concerning the correctness of our state’s conduct, the rightness of its cause, we hear through myriad inferences that we live in a superior land, perhaps even an exceptional land, that we are the inheritors of truly civilized, entrepreneurial, adventurous and honorable spirits who created all the benefits in life we now enjoy. We are led to believe that others are not like us, that they are inferior, we see them depicted in endless movies where we defeat them. They are always the bad guys and they always the bad.
It is almost impossible to escape this decade after decade after decade conditioning. It is laid down from birth to death. We are the best. We are civilized. We are strong and we are lucky to live in an affluent, scientifically-based wonderland of peace, prosperity, dignity, religious certainty and a mutual honor we share with our leaders. So, the notion that our leaders are criminals, liars and terrorists who in fact obey little to no laws when they don’t have to, is an alien concept that, as Spock in Star Trek used to say, does not compute.
Yet look at our history. On the American continent a genocide was carried out against the native population. Not just one genocide, but two. First by the Spanish against the native populations in what became known as South America, and by the white incomers against the native population of what became known as North America, Then came colonialism where western states considered it was their right to find their way to other nations and enslave them to their will, exploit their resources and punish their populations if they resisted. Not long after came the Slave Trade. Millions were taken by force from their homes and families, put in chains and then sold into slavery, providing they survived the passage in the bilges of the cargo ships that carried them.
You may say this is all ancient history now. We would never do such things these days. If you say this then you believe that unlike humans individually entire states can change their ways. I suspect you are wholly wrong in this if this is your contention. Just look at some recent history regarding the relationship the USA has had with nations in Latin America. Would you contend that the USA acted with fairness in their regard or not? Then perhaps look at the regime change wars where hundreds of thousands if not millions died. Much of the carnage based of course on lies confidently spoken. Keep in mind that criminals almost ALWAYS lie and seek to justify themselves. Criminals of a certain kind also like to steal. Hasn’t oil and its acquisition been a major factor in some of those recent regime change wars (rather than the lies told?)
The white race is aggressive. This is a fact. Many say this is a good thing because we win out of it, we are driven to “succeed”. We revel in an aggressive team or tribal identity. You can see that in our sports and the reaction of fans of those sports. We lust to win, we almost feel entitled to win. If we are only aggressive enough we believe we WILL win.
Having any consideration for others is hard to come by in us. We believe in the competitive spirit, or at least we have been taught to believe in it. To fight. To win. To take. To defeat the ‘other’.
Just look at Trump’s war against Iran. No rules need apply. International law? Forget it! Trump sees himself and the USA as above all laws, able to do whatever they like just because they can, because might makes right. Just as it did in those genocides, that colonialism and that slavery. We win and that’s what counts. We are what’s important. We are superior and exceptional. Very similar concepts that you will find within the mind of the most self-absorbed serial killer out there. Narcissistic and non-empathetic, only out to get what they lust for and at whatever cost to others. That’s us, that’s the West, that’s at the vile animalistic heart of the criminal west. If we would only admit it. But we never will.
